All the ones you mentioned do not have just Chinese production and broadcasting companies, they do not have a broadcasting license in China (you can check very easily, if at the beginning of the episode you do not see that red screen with a gold square - the broadcasting seal in China -, then they are under the license of another country - Japan, Thailand, Singapore, etc.). The same goes for movies, except that there the screen is green with a gold square - the broadcasting seal.
