Do Ra Mi was the best part of this. I loved the show, but i have to admit i wanted it to go down a darker rabbit hole after the twist in the beginning. I was hoping for more of a 'Its Okay to Not Be Okay'.
I'm looking forward to this. I really enjoyed the novel when i read it, so i was glad to see them doing a drama version. As long as the script is good, this should be fun!
This looks like fun! I've liked all the previous authors dramas. With the acting from Lin Yi and Lu Yu Xiao as well, this should make into one of my faves.
My only regret is that there is no follow up. The first could have been so much better if it followed the book. Also if they used this cast so that there was continuity between the two of them. I really dislike sequels from china because of cast changes like this. This was a really good adaptation. I only wish more adaptations would follow closer to their own books now. Although i have to admit a lot of them could use editing so that there are no ambiguous or multiple relationships to keep them inline with the more popular wuxia/xianxia dramas.
The acting very much carried this drama. I ended up giving it a higher rating rather than I normally would for a show I don't plan to keep around and rewatch later down the line. But it was still worth watching in the end, and it made me look forward to seeing more of them in something else.
PMY finally made another hit! I've been a little disappointed in the last couple dramas. But I'm so glad to see her finally given another good script to show off her skills! I can't wait to see what she does next.
