it's a high budget drama, and they've chosen actors with high reputations for having very good acting skills. There IS meaningful plot if you actually watch the drama without skipping through it or looking for things to complain. Yes, there are a lot of common tropes. Because this is a Rom-com. The main genre is romance and focuses on the leads navigating the obstacles of being Royals and beating the classism to be with each other, even if it started off as a contact marriage. As for the last line of your comment, it entirely depends on how much of the drama have you watched. There have been many scenes thus far showing the emotional turmoil they're going through. Especially the later episodes,after they got married. If it's not "delivering" to you, you might be in the minority. If this is criticism, alright. IIf it's a personal opinion, that's fine too. But if it's a hate comment, maybe focus on ACTUAL problems instead of generic and vague points lmao

I believe she did not intend to kill him. There may have been an external factor that caused the fire.. Because she leaves after she drops the burning paper, but I-An has the paper with him. Something must have happened in between. I mostly suspect her father, Lord Impyeong (?). He's very sketchy. He may have something to do with the poison incident too 🤐
