oh wow i just saw everything i missed at this point they just should not have done this damn drama at all if one person on this page can explain to me what was the point of picking a bl to remove it then ill understand where some of yall are coming from and i dont mean no half-answer (a rapist is an issue and those that dont agree i hope you experience it not to wish harm but to get some understanding or yall are rapist yourself and Birds of a feather flock together ig) anyways im waiting for a legitimate response to my question.

i'm actually upset that "Won Tae Min" actually played in this drama when he's been in two bl's respectively one as a side character and another as a male lead and i enjoyed both but the fact that he accepted this kinda pissed me off.

Question for all who supports this what if a mainstream drama was being made and it was based off a straight friendship novel and then a producer took that novel and turned it into a bl novel and they rapist in the show all of you supporting this drama would be the ones trying to boycott it let that sink in.

damn so they delayed now honestly they just shot themselves in the foot i think i should break down for people who keep thinking its about bl's or lgtbq no its about one a rapist being allowed to act on a mainstream drama instead of behind bars and a romantic novel being ruined by removing the romantic part of it since people cant get past the gay aspect of it with their tunnel vision

Everyone lets be real this drama is very much giving water down terrible version of "Revenge of others"and "The Dude in Me" like lets be honest whats the game plan with this other than cash grabbing

yeah i believe "Love Is Science?" is an amazing example its a straight drama but has an amazing gay side couple

imma just say this the nicest way cause its true but people wont like it but Adaptation keyword "ADAPT"is not to change the entire novel its to make the novel work from a show or movie settings i love Chinese dramas and dont expect much from them but the bromance they published at least work as one and wont effect the overall show

i saw everything above and all i see is blind ignorance and blatant disregard for what the true issues are about this drama but let this be the other way around and mf would have so much. China and Korea have amazing stories they can make but homophones stop them from being made they need to look at japan, Thailand, and Taiwan ect. some of the top shows are bl's and most of the top straight shows have gay characters that don't die off randomly or has sad storyline ,or is censored.

thank you for understanding my point what makes the novel what it is the romance removing that is like a big slap to novel and the author even if they gave the ok doesn’t dismiss the blatant disrespect

lol he should play himself behind some bars but hey why not in their minds its better to have a rapist than to make a bl, but want money from a bl novel because bl's and bromance are getting more popular if i need a definition of hypocritical everything about this would be it

no offense taken but i feel it'll be more respectable than this a bromance is fine if thats what their going for but from the trailer i still believe that just made a big oversight that was my main point.(Also love the profile pic) but i just didn’t get why take out a fundamental part of the story thats all and that goes for really any show taking a foundation and changing its material can strengthen or weaken it for example (Stay With Me ) it fits as a bromance and Bl so it works this in my opion just doesn’t and is going to miss alot but the only thing i hate is that one actor and i will wait to see the show to full have an opion.

also i find it funny and it may just be a coincidence but they pick the bl novel to have a rapist in the cast umm.... and then remove the bl part but its ok because the bls they do make be amazing and whats done is done, and with all do disrespect Korea, and China thast's why the people in bls are amazing people and are above the hypocrites who use bl plot to get money but doesn’t respect or even show the slightest care about original story but its ok i hope this Company knows that there mainstream drama came from a bl and yall shot yourselves in the foot by only removing bl part because you only make people want to know the original novel.

Ok my thoughts on this is im a big Bl fan but dont really mind when they do this also i share everyones view on the rapist he need to go but in regards to the show.I dont think removing the bl part and not changing anything was an oversight in my opinion if they kept the source material and changed the second Ml to a female lead then id be ok but keep it two men and leaving it at friendship for a romantic story i dont know to me its very disrespectfully to the author and the novel but this is from my viewpoint on the show the Bl novel could be bad but i still believe they could have picked a better way of filming this.

ill be honest though the slow shows only really work for k-dramas and c-dramas because its just expected and done well most times

the subtitles were honestly the worst part for me and this is my first time commenting, but i honestly felt a very real life natural approach with this show witch wasn’t executed as best as it could but in that sense it was unique so i somewhat enjoyed the confusion i experienced as they were touching on very realistic problems relationships or dating can bring with the whole possessiveness but i do believe better could be done as a whole.

i see why the filmed in japan this would not slide in Thailand once i saw the instagram in the intro i knew some craziness was going to happen
