Thanks to GotD, I've learned that haters aren't only vicious but also very stupid persons. To hate something or somebody can be understandable, to hate for no reason is not understandable, but to make a sensless hate so obvious as to downrate unaired episodes, could they be more stupid than this?

I think the writer (I refer to the screenwriter, who adapted somewhat different relations between the ML and female characters in the original story) made perfectly clear why she was the way she was. Her mother and brother spoiled her greatly because they wished her to be childish, uninvolved and ignorant of court affairs - for a good reason: the emperor. Being such, spoiled and cheerful, she is the only child the self-centred emperor isn't wary of and doesn't intimidate. The emperor knows she acts before thinking, that's why he pardons her (and finds even amusing) for the "kept man" story.
Besides, she is not that spoiled nor stupid not to know that for XQ is better to obtain a noble status than a one chance pardon. Her initial lies were actually triggered by XQ's misunderstanding (and manipulative desire to get a backing from Grand Princess - thing Lin'an understood very well).
Combined with a personal growth we see after her best friend's death, which changes her focus from a superficial and unrealistic competition with her sister towards less superficial and more important things in life, we can only conclude that her character makes a lot of sense, therefore, it is well written.
Finally - but this is just my personal opinion - such a character is well matched with XQ's character, we feel she will literally sacrifice everything for persons she loves

we have 12 eps left and imho no way to solve the open issues in this season independently of the original source and number of its books. That's why I think S2 is inevitable

I'm actually not sure (I have no means to measure these things) how much the haters and the bots influenced that downrating, and how much it was influenced by a lacking mechanism.
But I was sure from the first few episodes this drama gonna be top entertaining: its comedy is hilarious, the templates used with balance and grain of salt, together with the impeccable direction and performance (the whole cast is brilliant, not only Wang Hedi, who nailed the "isekai" character), witty storytelling... this drama was destined to be a great hit, "no matter what it takes" (again quoting an Italian Mario Draghi.

Maybe she/he will miss us, who decided to stay and laugh, lol

I ship those two from their first bickering. Certain couples have more violent-passionate relationship, the two are a perfect match in that sense

XQ has nothing to avenge, while poor HH... But I think Shenshu overeacts, he is a demon, in HH body, he even tried to kill n°4. while in XQ's body... he beated him, no?

Minister Sun (of Justice) can't balance anything, he can't keep in check his own people who arrest and torture people without reporting (remember the one who arrested XQ to ingratiate that Zhou (bul)Ly?), investigation leads get cut, the cooperation with Guardians' investigators suffers because he insists on the grip over cases his ministry is uncapable to handle and so on.
As for the Supervisor, you're right, he certainly has his own agenda and doesn't fear to invent excuses politely saying no to the Emperor. He doesn't trust the emperor and probably hides things from him because of this distrust (which may have smth to do with the "thing stolen 19 years ago" he can't figure out who was behind). His Bureau is not a political force, it reminds me of the enterprise established by Fan Xian's mother in JOL dedicated to invention and production of innovative artifacts, the difference is GOD's Bureau is more magical" and less "economic" compared to JOL.
The forces destined to allign are those sharing converging interests, like Guardians and Realm Sect, Bureau and the Dean of the Academy - people of talent with whom only the Grand Princess formed intrinsic relationship, and ofc. XQ, just in different way

Wang is not a member of the royal family, but he is an aristocrat and, being a Minister of Personnel, he has a considerable influence on practically all other ministries (ministry of personnel employes or - figuratively speaking - "deployes" people throughout ministries) while royalties have their own power and familiar connection with the emperor and can always question ministers and officials in the court (therefore, many people would prefer being "backed" by a royalty than by a certain minister, who can always be removed in court conflicts and clashing of interests).
So, for the two evil sons of two aristocrats (who were also involved in abduction and trafficking of children and women), her eloping was a rare opportunity to destroy her father permanently, while being quite confident nothing could have happen to them: the girl was running away from a marriage arranged by the emperor (fact that angered the emperor ofc), naively asking for help from her father's foes, thus, they've felt they could have disposed of her as they wished.
Regarding your question "who's exactly part of Wang?", well, these factions aren't political parties, they are more "group of interests", people can easily shift according to a currently raised issue. Today, we've seen a conflict between minister Wang (and other civil affairs ministers) and the army deployed in the North, the first group wanting money and provisions to remain in prefectures, not given to the army.
Wei cut that dispute bringing up the info of a massacre of civilians in the North, while Army never provided such an information, so he asked the Emperor to check this info out first (sending an inspection to the North) and to decide later.
I don't know if the soldiers beaten today by n°2 and n°4 are connected with that specific army, but they were certainly very rude towards the innkeeper

1. You are talking about things such as "population decline" (it's a technical demography term) having no idea about. If you had, you would know that this term can be applied only on a greater period of time, usually a century is taken as a reference, bc. the observation in shorter time can be misleading, due to various oscillation factors.

2. From antiquity until the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, the global population grew very slowly, at about 0.04% per year, but registering significant declines and growths depending on the century observed, despite incredible fertility rates of the time (due to deseases, epidemics, wars and general low life expectancy).
From 1950 and the 2050 forecast, instead, the world will register the highest demographic growth EVER in comparison to any other century of human history. The global population of 2.5 billion (in 1950) will rise to 9-10 billion in 2050, more than triple. Setting apart the crucial question how to find enough resources (food, energy, water etc) to sustain so many people (espc. if they continue to increase), we can observe it more than tipled while fertility rates continuously decreased in large part of the world (bc. of the longer life expectancy). The global population will rise inequally, depending on the continent we observe, the highest growth reserved for the continent with highest fertility rate and the lowest life expectancy, ie., Africa, counting numeruos countries in which women are treated exactly as Diana said (if not worse). 3. The "West" is vast and various. It is true that the fertility rate is low throughout the western countries, but that doesn't automatically imply population shrinking. In Scandinavian countries, where men are educated to share domestic burdens and care of children, there will be no decline at all. The population of Norway for istance will more than double its population since 1950 - 3,2 B to 7,2B - in 2050.
This won't happen in all those countries where the children's care is still perceived as "women's job" and/or are still too much subject to traditional patriarchal roles (as they are in Japan, Corea and parts of Europe).

Instead of making a loughingstock of yourself here, you should better go study a bit and later conclude which model is better
