This drama was SUCH a disappointment. I waited so long and this is what I got. I was addicted reading this novel…
I really enjoyed the novel, especially the message it conveyed. I liked the drama as a drama, but of course I felt disappointed when I compared it to the original story. The female-empowerment scenes, in particular, were handled quite poorly.
If the FL had been portrayed differently, maybe the show wouldn’t have been as funny as it is now. I understand your point about her not looking like a general, but she’s such a cute and likable character.
Compared to the novel, the plot is definitely lacking, but the drama is more lighthearted and entertaining. I guess they adapted it this way so a wider audience could enjoy it.
Her choices challenges her in different type of roles and character... not just "idol" dramasLi Landi…
I am her fan so I am not saying it in negative way... But we have to be realistic I love her characters but the scripts are not always good. She should solidify her place then look for different scripts .. currently she gave 3 hits all medium level so she has good value. But if her future projects needs investment then she should choose good scripts. Maybe balance commercial and artistic projects.

Because she came back 10 years. She was not saintess in past life. She explained that she was there till the end of the war. She became true saintess after experiencing death. Why all are alive? because they died in the period of 10 year of the future
She should pick some good high budget drama with some international potential to solidify her position but her choices after coroner diaries is not good

Problem is the fl character is supported to be the physical touch type and super passionate... That was the beauty of the story .. if it was any other romance drama it would have been fine but this novel is super romantic.. and a very famous novel with fans
