Nothing is perfect, of course, but it’s been a great experience watching LOTDT! The story is fresh, even though it follows a master-disciple theme. The costumes are gorgeous, the actors did well, the OST and ending were satisfying, and the CGI is amazing. The pacing, as always with xianxia dramas, feels a bit rushed towards the end. Another downside for me is the editing—sometimes the cuts are so quick, we haven't even see anything, like we don’t even get to see the actors’ expressions before moving on to the next scene. But overall, I loved it! It managed to keep me intrigued until the very end
new to deng wei. fall in love with him from lotdt. but i am curious. i read on xhs he has not been filming for a year because his company want to hide him cause he is trying to end his contract? is this true? i don't want a similar case like song weilong happened..
Ppl are more forgiving here than the Chinese lol. Whereas the Chinese are so used to drama that pulled this sort…
but because it's a period drama of wuxia kind that a death is inevitable imo. it's actually fine the death, it is the pacing of the drama in last few episodes that mess it up
