Lee chae min is 25 years old and the king is supposed to be around that age. He was a young tyrant king. Male actor is not so popular and I think director casted him after feeling he is perfect for this role. He will become more popular after this drama. They already casted the FL before casting Lee chae min. ML was supposed to be some other actor but due to some allegations and controversy against him, they chose chaemin for this role. While watching I didn't feel they have a huge age gap. both look like they are around the same age. I came to know about age gap only after reading people's comments. In the drama both the characters are around the same age though. i think there is no big age gap in novel and drama.

He is the one who introduced me to kdramas. Bride of habaek was my first drama. Then I watched 'moon lovers scarlet heart ryeo' because of him and ended up loving all the casts there and became a fan of many actors including him.

Atleast i hope they wont mess up the ending like moonlovers where they actually cut the scene where he meets her in present world. So if she meets him in present world in this drama, it's redemption arc from kdrama writers after giving us a heartbreak in moonlovers😂

its only in chinese culture demon is good. for christians demon is bad. in my demon they showed him as good and having a cross on his hand which is a symbol of Jesus. they are gonna show jinn as good too in this drama. since that name is from islam, you all are making a fuss.
