okay so basically it’s one of those stereotypical high school love to college and one person is die hard in love. Hani was so deep in love like to a point of craziness, but so was jungu, and I mean hani got her love but jungu didn’t(AND I CRIED WHEN HE DID YES) ig it just goes to shows can love a person the same way but get different outcomes. OMFING GOD the ML PISSED ME TF OFF, why was he weird, arrogant and so shallow bro, ig later he did help her out for the whole perseverance thing BUT HE WAS SO MEAN and he was like die hard AND HE KNEW IT TOO AND MADE FUN OF HER. aaaaahhhggg the amount of times i wanted to throw punches, likes he spit here calling rings “shackles” and letting Hera cling onto his arm after they r married, like TF. the show builds a good connection with the audience(I LOVE THE MOTHER and jungu thank god he found his love). overall it was enjoyable and fun to binge but not like in a deep intricate story way with major character development, just a cute fun little romcom, WHERE THE ML IS A BITCH.

edit: I see people commenting about how jungu was like a stalker but so was hani, she followed the ML around pretty similarly too. and atleast he followed around hani who didn’t just toy with his feelings she acknowledged and told him. ml on the other hand made fun and toyed with her feelings for a while. and not even in a fun flirty way just down right mean and insulting.

okay cuting to the chase interesting story idea(coming from somebody really into royalty and modern combo lover) but DRAGGED OUT like when I say dragged I MEAN IT, it’s well past slow burn. like I understand it’s old and if u r into like a good story and character development and shit, go for it THIS IS MADE FOR U. I understand that they were really trying to show the development in characters especially since they r pretty young and going through a lot(even for adults). like yes i felt a connection with the characters but lowkey there weren’t many I GENUINELY FROM TBE BOTTOM OF MY HESRT liked ya know(lowkey might be the whole point) I mean yeah I was enjoying it up till ep10 then it was the same thing about how Shin was mentally stressed yul liked chae, chae liked shin(kinda but weirdly), the second FLs whole feelings wheel and her relationship with yul and mother, and then obviously rebellious teenagers. I just think it got repetitive and boring. and half the characters were selfish little bitches, and a little(ALOT) bit dumb. I absolutely LOVE THE OST though. and I can see how this appealed when it was being aired bc it doesn’t feel dragged out when u watching 2 eps per week(telling from experience) but as someone binging it I got bored. lowkey I would watch this if they could like condense this into a 10-12 ep drama, or just watch like 2 eps per week or something but this is not a drama I would binge sadly.

ACTAULLY HELPPPP, I went into this thinking it would be just a fun cringe drama where a boy band struggles and eventually debuts. BUT IT WAS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE, and I tryot mean it when I say this for kdramas OLD IS GOLD. when I first started watching kdrams I would hesitate to what older stuff beyond like 2014 as they would start fo have the weird hairstyles(which I have noticed get better by the end of the show) and u could tell it wasn’t “modern”. but now after watching so many “newer” dramas they all tend to feel the same and I don’t get the connection with the characters. older shows have that, they will make u feel like u ARE IN THAT WORLD with them going through it all. now to this show. It wasn’t just normal the ending isn’t what u would expect and the MAIN focus wasn’t the romance but it also didn’t just feel like something that was added on it felt genuine to the story as in the story needed it for chacter development. that’s another thing about older shows CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, the main reason that connection is felt is how they developed these character instead for focusing on just the romance or story with static characters. anyway rant over i would reccomend anyone to try this out. it’s not over the top I can’t imagine this would happen cringe and then a happy ending. it’s realistic, it conveys a story that maybe many could connect on how sometimes things don’t always workout the way u imagine but that doesn’t mean it’s bad, maybe that’s just how one will be the happiest.

I agree so muchhhh. now its ONLY about money back then ye money was a thing but people also wrote and directed things they WANTED to convey. I reccomend u watch “personal taste” 2009 also lee Minho(i think) another show i didn’t feel like letting go.

make fun?!?!?! I think the oldest I’ve watched is like 2006 or something. they cannot be commenting before they watch man. Some of the best Hollywood movies id say r from the 80-90s as someone def not from that generation. as they say old is gold.

idk man these dramas just make my heart so sad throughout and by the end I feel so wholesome. Nowdays idk why shows just can’t build such a connection where I feel i GENUINELY feel sad to leave them behind. now to the show. YOUNG DO….he gave me a Han seojun moment and I cried so bad when he was walking away, HE DESERVED BETTERRRR. even though yes everyone in this show was a walking red flag, I do feel it makes total sense as they are all rich and have family problems. I do feel they all got “realistic” endings, it wasn’t over the top EVERYONE is happy and the villain is never seen again. like the father realizes he was wrong young do though gets his heart broken still lives his life. Kim Won gets his ending(iykyk I won’t spoil, but iyk yk what I’m saying). and some other characters are still like in the process of getting together. over all man if u enjoy high school dramas but add like more sadness and a little more rich rich, this is your place. I will actaully miss these characters so much we saw so much development in just 20 eps and felt like I was part of their world watching them grow. ABSOLUTELY RECCOMEND U WATCH IT.

umm comment section is giving bipolar. but personally if u enjoyed extraordinary you, u will enjoy this. extraordinary is one of my favs and this just brought back so many memories from it. other than that, it was really cute, fun, Byeon woosoek looking like a giant next to Kim hyeyoon. it’s actually so cute, their chemistry is amazing. the story is thought out well but it can get confusing at times so u kinda have to like use context clues and like pay attention. but overall not much to say, just watch it for fhe chemistry a timetravel story, AND OST. BUT ACTULLY THEY R SO CUTEEEEE LIKE THE SIZE DIFFERENCE MAKES UP FOR EVERYTHING ITS SO CUTE AND FUNNY THE WAY THEY LOOK AT EACH OTHER IS SO CUTEEEE. also I never figured out why the guy wanted to kill her, am I missing something?

I PUT THIS DRAMA OFF SINCE I CANT REMBER AND I REGRET IT ISTG. what an emotional rollercoaster. everything so good from the well thought out story line to the characters, and the ost is obviously iconic. I mean it had everything from sadness, to happiness, to cute moments and how can I forget the iconic bromance. I mean if u want to watch fantasy there is nothing better. I mean no disrespect but like idk what the comment section is on, if u gave up on the show by just the intro song it’s legit nothing like thr vibe of the drama TRUST ME. I’m trying my best not to spoil the story but like legit watch it. it was so ahead of its time ans just perfectly made nothing too much ans nothing too little. I’m not gonna do a whole analysis on the story but like it was just perfect each place heald a meaning and the times they went their and the way their emotions were related to certain things. the characters and their personalities even related to how they dressed and other stuff in the story I won’t say bc it will spoil the story but it was crafted so so sooooo perfectly. like the symbolism and all the stuff we learn to analyze a piece of literature was perfectly crafted into this I have no words.

JUST WATCH IT LEGIT DO IT U WONT REGRET IT. if anything take my word ans ATLEAST watch till the 4th episode, after that if u drop it THEN it’s def not you type of show.

okay, basically…I just rewatched it 3 years after it aired and I forgot why I loved it. this is def a palette cleanser type of drama, with cute moments and ML serving his face card the whole drama, def not a everyone type(if u r looking for a good in-depth story ninetail and goblin r def better). the ML wasn’t toxic(not too much) and the story wasn’t like TOO draggy. idk why the comments r so negative but I thought the story wasn’t bad. it was your typical I fell in love with a goblin and the struggles of it, hiding it from the public and him trying to become human bc they fall in love, but the spirits being oh nooo u can’t do that, bc the destiny of the girl is with another human. which leads me to the 2ml. I hated that guy at the beginning with he was like a playboy, but after he became kinda nice and like i felt so bad for the guy he confessed so many times and always looked so sad. and his face when they had their final goodbye,😭😭(I love that actor so much). not to mention the little comedy as she was a college student with her friends and especially hyesun(my fav) she was so cute and funny. overall all it was a nice cute agegap, cohabition, fantasy type drama with comedy. but if that doesn’t convince u to give it a try, screw everything else THEY WERE SO CUTE TOGETHER AND THE WAY THEY SMILED AT EACH OTHERRRR, THE WAY IT WAS LIKE BOTH THEIR FIRST LOVE AND TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. THE WAY THEY CRIED FOR EACH OTHER. THE WAY THEY LOVED EACH OTHERRRRRRR.

AHHHHH I LOVED THIS SOOOO MUCHHHH. okay to start the story line to this is so unique, not to mention how they redefine family. though when I first saw 46 episodes I thought it might be too long but I did not feel it at all if anything it ended too quickly. My favorite was definitely the FL’s dad, he was the sweetest person in the entire drama even after he found out the both the brothers liked her. He was so loving towards all of them and always ready to help anyone, legit an angel. Now to mention the relationship part, ummm so like, LING XIAO AND JIANJIAN HAD THE CUTEST RELATIONSHIP EVERRRR. but the only thing I didn’t like about the drama was the fact that Zi Qiu also liked jianjian I think without it, it could have created a better story line(and not have broken my heart). but before they turned adults the relationship they had was beautiful and how they always stood up for each other . The show really did a great job of portraying each of their family issues and how that affected them in the future. especially the types of families that come back only because they want something from u and not bc they love u. overall the story writing about displaying the different parts of human life and emotions through it all was really beautiful and I definitely recommend watching this show for any and everyone.

ngl, idk what I felt after it ended. like part of me felt the heartwarmingness, but I was also a little sad. when they all three hugged at the end, Adam looked at Azhai but knowing he can’t be with him and then tilts his head towards eve. this really hurt like the poor guy I love Adam so muchhhhh he deserves better 😭. personally this was all azhais fault, FIRST OF ALL, dude gets drunk where he can go in and spend all his money on a robot, TWO, he hurts the robot that is doing so much for him even though he created him. THREE he legit can’t even admit that he likes him just because they r both guys like(my BL heart hurts here). like Azhai legit said that in the next life when they r opposite genders they could be together, LIKE WTF, like it’s okay that you r straight but if u like someone it’s not that big of a deal to show your love. moving on I’m happy Adam didn’t get Azhai bc Azhai never really appreciated Adam and always just was so toxic. so moral of the story kids, it’s okay to stay friends with people who don’t appreciate you but always distance your self from them, bc the way they treat u at first shows how they actually feel for u.

a pretty good mini drama. usually when mini dramas go for such a deep concept it ends up becoming choppy and leaves some holes. I feel this covered basically everything while keeping it concise not adding unnecessary stuff to make it longer. but I do feel really sorry for the FL though she got justice she doesn’t have anyone to trust. ALSO PEOPLE LETS START TALKING ABOUT THAT DOCOTOR THAY HELPED ON(not Jin the other one) HE WAS THE REAL ONE. this show just made me so pissed off at how disgusting and physotic people just because they r jealous even if they r living a pretty decent life.

it was fun and cute at the beginning and def gives office romance for till like rp 19ish and then keep a box of tissues bc it’s just heart breaking. but y’all it a happy ending, what she said at the end was just really cute.

I think that was the character they were trying to portray. it was how she was an open book while he remained pretty mysterious till the end. The fact that the FL was supposed to be a innocent person might have lead you to feel this way about her. her role was naive and just in this perfect relationship with him bc I think she loved the idea of the perfect life with him just like he did. but when she started realizing that it’s so perfect she isn’t even getting freedom is where it starts to click in her brain.

I’m crying. like I get why she chose Cheng YuZhao but like i had such a soft spot for Yan Ci the whole show. This might sound off but like it’s just a show so let’s look at it from that angle, I felt that BECAUSE ITS A SHOW I would have liked to see Zhao Yu end up with Yan Ci. Like I think a bunch of people that watch any type of tv shows agree that it’s a way to go into another world and be far from reality. yes this is a personal opinion but I actually really don’t like shows when they get too real. Like yes some shows are made to be realistic but I went into this one thinking it was a cute hs romcom. anyway I felt that the ending could have been a lot more entertaining and emotionally entriguing if she ended up with Yan Ci. ALSO LIKE IF SHES NOT ENDING UP WOTH YANCI I DONT NEED A CLOSER, THAT HUG AT THR END HAS STARTED WATER WORKS THAT ARENT STOPPING. THE WAY HE PUT HIS HEAD ON HER SHOLDER AND CLOSED HIS EYES. I CANT. okay I’m done bye thanks for listening to my(little) rant

this was so much fun. I’ve been watching a lot of darker/bad ending dramas lately and all that to say this was a nice refresher. all the characters had a story and were rounded off pretty well. it was the perfect length for its story, and I would def recommend if you r looking for some fluffy cute comedic high school romance. also let me just say WiFi dance ifykyk.
