I get why the documentary upset you, but saying Jun Seo made all the people who harmed her look like victims is…
Well intentionally doing that documentary by just airing all her scars publicly wasn't right. Actually nothing she did warranted such a punishment. The webtoon, she deserved it but in the drama....it wasn't like that. The way he did it did make the people who harmed her as a CHILD seem like they did not deserve it. As if despite her being the biggest victim of society, she shouldn't have tried to protect herself. His hypocrisy, saviour complex was the end of him.
I think the part that made me most angry was the FCKING DOCUMENTARY. Junseo literally made everyone who legit harmed her...a victim. Her dad, seunghee, her mom etc. So thank god she is alive and he is dead. Realistically, she has multiple options now: start a new life, become what she wants, take revenge whatever....even clear out her name. But the documentary just proved that Junseo was as bad as Moon guy. Her final shackle is dead. IMO this is a very good ending
BAJ...while what she did was definitely not right but her actions does not warrant death. She mostly never harmed anyone unless they picked a fight first or tried harming her. Yes, she manipulated and used people but most people she used complied to her wishes with their own will. PLUS she is a victim as well. In today's world if a person truly wants to protect himself/herself reaching to a high level of power always helps. No wonder that was her goal. To go up to the point where she can live as she wants by hook or by crook (she never got to). Look at Moon Du Hyeok...he was so much worse...plus a murderer..yet he could live as he wanted cuz he had so much power. Even when breaking down (infant of jae oh) she only said she wanted to live. So the last scene her being alive and laughing probably was a mix of so many emotions:she probably wanted to die too. After all, it could have ended her pain but she didn't. She was prolly also laughing at Junseo as her final shackle was free.
She wasn't a robot. Throughout the series there are hints of her showing emotions the grandma, In Kang, Jae Oh and most importantly Junseo.
I think Junseo was too stupid with bad comprehension skills lol. And it is also true he never believed that she had humanity in her. Assumed the worst of her. Both with grandma and moon du hyeok. and then he wants her to die with him (giving her no option or time). Why? What right does he have? He could forgive his mom, give her his kidney, take her shopping etc when his mom was so much worse than BAJ.
I feel like if anyone was in FL's shoes in real life, they would have mentally died as a child. I get her. I get why she is like how she is. And funny enough, I am willing to watch her see some light in her life. That being said...I don't like the ML. He is hypocritical and manipulative IMO. In fact he might be darker than her. He could have saved her but he didn't. In fact he pushed her more into darkness hoping to be her knight. There are times where it often seems that he wants it to be this way and be the only guy in her life that can pull her out of darkness (but not much). I in fact prefer the 2nd ML for her. But let' see. I want to see her redemption (since the real world can "forgive" so many men who are 100x worse than her).
? How can you expect her to even know what remorse is since her whole life no ones shown her what it looks like...and…
so true but nobody shows her mercy. In her mind, it;s like "Why should I then". The funny thing is I actually get her. Even in real life, some of the worst people (predators , rap*ists etc, men mostly) get redemption and someone fans would still vouch for them but other (women mostly) will get the heat forever for the smallest thing they do for themselves. in BAJ's case, had she not done what she did....she would have died long ago. Any normal person would have given up if they had to go through what she went through
The show is so spicy that I have a feeling I won't be able to open other shows for a while after this. I cried so much and laughed so much. The best part is how the entire chinese internet is cursing at shen haoming (believe me if you read the comment section on every post they are making, you will die laughing) I love the how artistic and symbolic every scene is, foreshadowing and transitions. THE OST is wonderful. The cast...everyone did their job so well.
I just want SHM to go away after watching epi 14 teaser. Bring Xu Yan another guy pls. Their deception had two very different goals. And honestly, Xu Yan deserves better. I just want this to end in BE or OE.

I truly feel bad for Jae Oh tho.
