Truth be told, I never read the novel for this so I did not know the plot. Maybe because of that, I truly did not have any expectation for this drama, even if its Yu Shuxin, because teacher trope is not my cup of tea. But boy, I was so wrong! I love this! My favorite aside from Lin Wanxing (I believe she delivered best), was Qin Ao and Fu Xinshu, then of course Wang Fa. All of the cast acting was superb! Among the actors playing as the footballers, Qin Ao and Fu Xinshu stood the most to me. They are very visible and not a single thing awkward and cringe acting (of course the others did well too!). Just two things I want to point out was first, Victor Ma's voice does not fit his mouth at times. The voice comes first, then the mouth moves late. It is not a big deal though. it just bothered me. Second was why was Wang Fa suspecting Lin Wanxing? I hope it would be a good plot. Fighting my potential favorite drama this year!

In the novel, there's a separation period that can't be helped. While I don't remember clearly, I think they never really break up. It just happened that they lost communication, something that was, personally, necessary to happen. Sad and unfortunate, but it's for the better. I think their separation period took years. I just do not know if the drama will follow this.
