The story is based on a Web Toon, so the writer only change some main events happening, like money problems and Winders, but in the Toon they both cheated, and end up in separate ways. Both were at fault.

i am not saying that she did not pay the rent, that is pretty clear, the assumption was for how long she was supporting their apartment. Like i said the money problem was something that only existed in the drama, so they never made clear how things turned out for that. Clearly he was trying to make their business work, while she worked. The reason she got so mad beside their normal couple problems was money, that is why she wanted him to take a job in Winders, so she can leave the MKT job she had.
Clear up until here. The fault part is not a matter of perception. She intended to cheat, she got mad when he rejected the job, she had been cheating with another guy who was clearly interested in her sexually. She accepted the date while sober. Then she was with a guy in the elevator, he was alone, but then she acts like a poor victim and refuse to talk to him for weeks. She never held herself accountable for the fail of the relationship, but you said he admitted his fault. Clearly he did that to protect her image, not because he cheated. The writers made a mistake by trying to put the blame only on him, almost nobody bought that crap, that is why the ratings are so bad, not even Donghae fans are buying into this simp male role, a simp do whatever he needs to to to get the girl back, and that is precisely what he did, he took the whole blame so she can feel good about herself. Total BS.
She is so unnaturally cold because she has that horrible blank face, like a robot, i do not know if she is a bad actress but damn, even her crying felt fake. She was standing in front of him, seeing him cry several times with no expression on her face, of course she is cold, even koreans are saying she has no soul or warmth, so different from the Toon.

You are assuming things, they never mentioned that she paid rent for years, he took the blame out of respect to her. She was also at fault, both of them were tired of each other. In the Toon she even took the blame, because she cheated, she was embarrassed to face him and felt guilty for make him sad, in the drama she was cold as ice, made her self a victim and never held herself accountable of her wrongdoings. At least he worked on himself and grew as a person, but she is still the same, not even knowing what the hell she wants.

The company succeeded because he remained loyal to his designs and style, and had to go down and low to even selling on the street to make the brand known. She could have done more, she was working as a marketer but never did anything to help the brand. (She had time, she was not a slave as you said)
He made a good deed, and he luckily got exposure, and that's how he succeeded. For his clothes, the Jewelry brand was not involved in anything, she didn't even had faith in her own designs, like i said before, she got the job in Winders for the simp hoobae recommendation.
In the original Web toon, Winders and the whole money brand thing did not exist even, she never supported him and only were tired from each other, that is why they both cheated.

the business was not even alive while they were together, she worked to support their living, the business was struggling in both lines, the clothing and jewelry. Because she was fed up of working she pushed him to take the job of a designer in Winders. He was accepted, no her, her Jewelry line was not taken, and he decided to be loyal to her and not take the job for her sake. He also was willing to sacrifice his creative freedom and get a corporate job. But, how could he tell her, your designs are not good enough for Winders. That is when she got mad and started the fight. So realistically she got in the Company because the Hoobae was interested in her romantically, not necessarily for her Designs, i am not saying she was not good in her line, but when the H2 company succeeded she was not longer there, it was the Clothing line that was liked. He wants her back for romantic reasons, not because her Jewelry will add to the Company necessarily.

true, and people are even saying that she deserves her share of the company now, wow, maybe she need the money she payed for the rent, but she did not contribute to the success of the brand, her jewelry line was not even wanted by Winders, so she only got in because her hoobae was interested in her. The writers made her look bad in the drama.

since this story is based on a web toon, people is not assuming the character of the FL, one thing is true, they are not following the same storyline as the toon, because most Koreans loved the story and specially the character of Seungok, but now even Koreans are hating the way they represented the character in the drama.
She is not liked even by the fans of the original plot, so is safe to say that the script went to a bad place with her. In the Toon they do not end up together, but the ML is not crying on every corner for her, and she has more warmth and heart in the toon, so, the writers changed the characters so much it is safe to say people do not accept the storyline as it is in the live action.

So Now he finally succeeded as CEO of H2, and after all the drama, she is coming back to him apparently. They are portraying her as a gold digger now.
She was clear that she didn't even wanted to be friends, but end up smiling and considering again after his launch... Great story line (Insert gagging emoji)

So the initial problem was that she was bored of the monotony, she wanted more attention and she was fed up of supporting them both, which i understand, but what if he gets rich? Then she is going to say yes?
Nope, bad script. Some people say that this is realistic? but to me it makes no sense. No woman or man would behave that way in real life. How much can you take as a person?

I agree, but people in general is not accepting well this change in the human roles of relationship, a weak, sad and emotional ML with a robotic face nonchalant girlfriend is not anyone's cup of tea. Ratings talk for themselves. It started strong with equal responsibility and distribution, but then they tried to put all the blame on him and that backfired a lot. Koreans stopped watching. And i am talking about streaming sites, in the open channel it had a low rating since day one.

agree, but actually not only male characters are unlikeable, also the girls are so annoying, beginning with the FL and her friend, that blank face and acting like a nonchalant victim is so infuriating. they changed the plot of the webtoon, so its possible that they will end up together after all she has done.

As a very big and long lasting Donghae fan i do not understand why he chose this role at all. It didn't allow him to show more aspects of himself as an actor, his appearances tend to be short, and also as his fan it feels cringy to see this kind of pathetic role for him.

Its clearly a boring plot, it makes me physically ill to watch it, i end up frustrated and angry every episode, for the bad quality and the writing of this.
And as someone said, i whish he wouldn't have taken this shitty role, i have seen all of his dramas this this is by far the worst. It took a big toll of him, being so tired from filming this and being in the middle of a world tour, he even got a really bad injury for being so tired.
Sorry baby, i hope you can take new acting jobs, but have a careful thought and consideration of the script you will choose next time.
My only consolation is that he had a good time, made new friends and even had a good chemistry with Lee Seol that it was completely wasted for this kind of story.

sadly yes, she is being portrayed as the poor innocent victim, and he as the bad guy who took her for granted... not very original, and kind of boring.

In my perspective she did cheat. She was already considering new options since day one, she was no longer satisfied with the relationship but in the 1 episode she only stayed quite. She was expecting things from him like marriage, but i dont think she was ever clear with him in any case.
One very bad habit from us women is that we expect the guys or the other person to read our minds. So she was fed up with him but never said anything directly.
When she asked if he was going to marry her, his reaction told me that this was the first time she brought out the question.
Second, having options is something that we do when we want to get out, seeing if someone else can give us what we need, and she was tired and bored with the whole situation. Everything was a routine, but in his case i dont think he was considering a new woman, he was just trying to survive and make their brand known, he was in the comfort zone, but everyone reach that zone at some point.
So, to me, she was just waiting for an excuse to get out of there and cheat. That is why she was having conversations with other guys. That is why it would not make sense to me if they comeback together, let alone after he can succeed in his personal endeavors, that would be ridiculous, but i think that is what is going to happen.

Then the whole thing is pointless, i mean, why are they showing all of her side stories, and portraying the ML as a loser with emotional issues, she decided to leave him without an explanation, show herself with other guys in front of him, she was even trying to erase their pictures together.
She cannot come back and erase all of her wrong actions just because now i think i miss him. That would be nonsensical, but the writers are so bad that i would not doubt that they will make him apologize to her, and she will "forgive" him and comeback together...
At this point if she wants him back he should say NO and move on with his life. How can he Trust her?
She was hindering his life performance by being in the comfort zone, he needs to grow on his own and then find a new relationship. We have 5 episodes left and this is moving in the wrong direction.

Yes, i would totally hate it if they make them comeback together, that girl is so annoying, so flat, so robotic, i never dislike a character like this in my life, at this point they are hinting of a reconciliation, but he deserves better, needs to find money, success, a career and a new girl who really appreciate him and support him, and not run away as soon as he gets busy and doesn't pay attention to her all the time. They are not kids, they are adults and a real adult does not need the boyfriend sole attention all the time, she didn't add nothing new either, only nagging and side eyes. Like always expecting him to read her mind.
