Title To My Shore
My last remaining hope is that, in this latest act of manipulation, Fan Xiao is acting with genuinely good intentions. In today’s episode, I can’t recall the exact moment, but he told Shulang that he would soon do something Shulang truly wanted.

And what Shulang wants more than anything is painfully clear: to move forward with his research work and to stay away from Fan Xiao.

So I can’t help but wonder—could this be what lies behind this macabre plan? Is it possible that, beneath all the cruelty and control, there is an attempt to give Shulang the freedom he desperately longs for?

Honestly, I hope this leads to something good for Shulang. His suffering has reached a point dangerously close to total collapse, both emotionally and psychologically.

I will do everything I can to finish the novel before the final episode airs. I am beyond impacted… completely overwhelmed.

Since no one has warned you, I will: the novel is beautifully written, but the pain from it is even worse because…
Oh my God!
Yes, I’m one of those people who cry while reading books. The characters’ pain feels even more tangible to me. So… here I go, ready to suffer even more.
Thank you for the warning.

I’ve been reading the comments here, but I still don’t feel satisfied… Shu Lang, my beautiful one, what kind of pain is this? Please, pull yourself together.

I became so anxious that I decided to read the novel. Thanks to a blessed soul here on MDL, I managed to get the book in English, and with excellent quality.

Unfortunately, I’m still behind and haven’t reached this point in the story yet. Even so, I can say that the adaptation is perfect and follows the novel almost word for word. I’m absolutely loving that.

I remain anxious, not knowing what awaits me, especially after today’s episode. Shu Lang is deeply hurt, but he still loves him, and that was made very clear in several moments of the episode. When the man held his hand and he pushed him away in disgust, everything became crystal clear.

For me, before we reach an even more painful situation, Fan Xiao needs to set Shu Lang free. Only then can I believe in a second chance.

And how I want that… I continue to love them both equally. Ugh. I know… I’m on the edge of the box.

Wow! I’m truly shaken… what an episode!
I am undoubtedly surprised, and also very afraid that China might deprive us of the continuation of this great BL.

Today’s episode was extremely intense. The dialogues and events exceeded all expectations. Psychological coercion, obsession, abuse, and manipulation—everything that is most toxic in a pathological love was laid bare.

I adore the two of them together, but after today, I feel that Fan Xiao has gone far too far. I fear that some actions may be irreversible. Poor, beautiful, gentle Shu Lang… what must have been going through his mind when he sadly gave in to Fan Xiao’s pressure?

Shocking, tense… yet brilliant!

May the next episodes come soon!

Sorry, but that's far from it. They love each other and, for sure, they'll work out their differences. I'm rooting for them, I love them both.

You are right in your place to not admire her but the last line is where you are wrong"He is far too good…
“To be honest, I regretted that sentence as soon as I posted the comment. I am not in the habit of following fandoms, nor of being aggressive when expressing my thoughts about anyone, whether they are actors or not. Unfortunately, I have the bad habit of becoming attached to certain actors based on the way they treat their audience, or even more, on how they choose to approach their fans.
For that reason, this actress has never appealed to me, ever since her work in It’s Okay to Not Be Okay. Versatility, to me, is not necessarily synonymous with good acting.

In any case, thank you very much for your reply and for making me reflect on how to express my feelings and thoughts more carefully in the future."

Thank you.

Be strong! Got more nasty comments than you when commenting about no chemistry, bad couple paired by Kdirectors…
Thank you very much for your understanding. In fact, your words are able to express my feelings far better than I managed to do. Yes, it may not seem so at first, but the chemistry between the couples is one of the greatest driving forces behind a drama’s success. You are absolutely right. I am truly grateful.”

I understand you have your own preferences, but I can’t agree with that. Park Gyu Young is talented in her own…
“I’m sorry, of course not. If she was chosen, who am I to judge? But, as you yourself said, everyone has their own tastes and preferences. I do not appreciate her work, nor the way she promotes herself. Yet that is only my personal opinion. I believe that, like everyone else, I have the right to express it. I have been watching dramas for years, and as a fan, I always try to keep up with news about the actors. I’m sorry that you interpreted it as disrespect. I simply do not like her, that’s all — even though I have watched most of her productions.”

“Yes, I noticed that there were three screenwriters. I was not aware that she was responsible only for the beginning. Thank you for the clarification.”

After *Sword and Beloved*, I never want to watch any of their productions again. One of the worst dramas of all time. What a waste of talent. The script is childish, immature, and completely ruins the characters—this is my opinion as a great lover of Chinese dramas. My apologies to the fans.

It just got pulled out from chinese platform , there are 4 to 5 international platform that still air the show…
I must admit, I felt somewhat embarrassed. My apologies…
You are absolutely right in saying that we don’t need to speak poorly of one series in order to defend another.
Sometimes—perhaps most of the time—we do so automatically, without even realizing how mistaken we are.

I truly enjoy Revenged Love; I find the characters adorable and genuinely love following the story.
There is absolutely nothing pornographic about it—hahaha!

Many thanks!

Actually, my country doesn’t offer many platform options.
I am new to Chinese dramas, so I apologize for my limited knowledge regarding broadcasting networks. I have access to iQIYI, and since the drama was removed from there, I naturally assumed it had been taken off air entirely.

As for my aversion to Desire, I apologize if I came across as offensive.
Truthfully, I find it difficult to enjoy a drama in which the path to winning over a loved one is paved with cruelty and deceit. And although the production clearly received a generous investment, the acting of a particular individual simply does not appeal to me.
But that’s all. I respect those who enjoy it. After all, what would become of the color red if everyone only liked black, right?

Ah, and I must clarify—Revenged Love is not pornographic in any way… at least not by the standards I’ve come to know in my many years of life.

Interesting! I'm surprised that so many people are discussing the remnants of the drama, considering it has just been pulled from the major Chinese platforms.

With all due respect to the fans, but wouldn’t that be the main reason for protest?

I must admit, I’m not shaken by it. Up to the fifth episode I watched, the drama simply didn’t captivate me.

Poor acting, a weak script, overly absolute characters with foolish motives and inspirations.

Honestly, as a BL series, I would much rather watch Revenged Love. Despite all the negative reviews, at least I can feel passion and emotional involvement.

I won’t miss ABO Desire. Regrettably...
