The Lotto Winner Goes To Work Too

This show reflects on how money can change our mindset. When you have a backup the life around you suddenly get a bit easier. In the first ep, an old women who won a lotter said the first thing she plans to do after getting money is to get angry. This made me think how many of us are stuck in a sh*tty jib because we need to provide for our family, how many of us tolerated our superior's humiliation or unjustified workload cause the society has given us no way out, how many of us turned our faces away from what we really love to do and studied or doing what can give us money.
The main lead got a decent amount of money which can be used as a backup, and this is the turning point. Before that he never dared complain because this is the only lifeline he had. All his decision he made was daring and risky. He was able to flow the situation in his favor because he is talented but the bravery to take such risky attempts came from his prize money. If he never had that amount in his bank he would've been a leader who cannot communicate to his teammates, someone who only takes orders because the company will not let go of someone who can make things done. But to change things one needs courage and, in this world, having a bit of money in your pocket will give you a little push to take a step forward.

I have seen a lot of disappointment regarding this show but somehow amid so many shows this was the only series I looked forward to every week. The series is beautifully written. It reflects life not theatric drama. In real life there is no white and black, everything is a different shade of grey. Our main lead is a talented staff, but he isn't flawless. Everyone has their own merits and demerits. Success only follows if you accept what you are and your surroundings.
I really liked that how they didn't portray anyone as literal evil. In this capitalist life, no one can be a buddha. No one is judging each other, but they are more understanding of their choices. I also loved how they still maintained personal relationships regardless of what happens in work. The gradual changes in the relations and overall office hits just right up my alley. Life is not a drama rather a stream. Whatever you choose you'll keep going on anyway
