I cried in every episodes, just when I think that those bad days are over, another worries arrive. But this drama really portrayed how hard it might be for some people to spend their daily life. IU's acting was really good, she's basically good at everything she does. That's what I love about her, she experiments and never fears of doing anything new. Park Bogum, He's my sweetheart, been loving him since Reply 1988.

I loved this drama's main concept. Even the harsh journey feels bearable if you're with the one who'll stick to you by your side. Every pain would seem less painful if you're with your dear ones.

At first, when I watched its first two episodes, it felt unbearable to watch as this drama was too gloomy, I was even shocked how all the characters never talked except for Ki Jung and Chang Hee. I loved that there were many scenes where they stayed and ate together. However, it felt odd to watch them talk barely but I got used to it. It took me 3 weeks to complete the drama, it was so mundane that sometimes I could watch only one episode per week. I'm happy that I kept going on, because I wouldn't have witnessed so many meaningful scenes and dialogues if I had dropped it. It was fruitful after all. I also loved that how each character speaks here so less but their silence here, is talking about so many things here. Unlike other kdrama where characters speak and express their feelings with their words and then we connect and feel what they are feeling inside, weirdly, this drama barely did that. That's what was new and interesting here. We had to connect with them through their silence. I loved that scene where Mi jeong says, "My heart never beat fast because I liked someone. When I really like someone, I think the opposite happens. My heart beats even slower. Like I've been freed from something. Like I feel peace in my heart for the first time." And then her brother Chang Hee says, "When you're happy, you just are. But your heart pounds when you think you have a chance at something like some kind of expectations. When something's yours, you just know. When you desperately long for something, your soul already knows deep down that it's not yours. You want it but you know it's not yours. That's what drives you crazy. " These lines really hit me, we often mistake our feelings.

However, I really couldn't understand why Chang hee and Hyeona broke up, I was rooting for them. There are many scenes where I didn't get clarity maybe bc they decided to keep it that way. I also didn't understand the ending and I was shocked to know this drama just ended like this. I was hoping to get an finishing ending. Although the drama had ended but it didn't feel like it ended. It felt just like any other 15 episodes. I loved ost here sm.

I liked this season more than the first because at least it didn't end up with all that painful things. I felt a sense of relief because Yumi found herself at the end. I'm happy Babi was the one who recognised Yumi's writings and always encouraged her. And also happy in a way how it showed no hatred towards any of her exes. I was content to see that scene where she stares out the window peacefully along with all of her cells. That was so cute. Also the osts songs were so good.

Though some episodes were heartbreaking to watch but I'm happy they didn't choose to make it bitter and sour. I'm happy she maintained connections with her past people so beautifully neither bitter nor too close. A person is truly happy and free when she gets rid of bitter feelings. that's when a person can live peacefully. I'm happy Yumi chose something different. Wow, this drama really taught me something new.

I'm so happy, we got to catch a glimpse of our Yumi's end game. The ending was done so perfectly that I got tingly feeling.

Got comforted by this drama at times when I least expected it

Guys, at first I hadn't liked the drama much on its first two episodes. So I had even dropped it but then again later on I carried on and tried to watch it. Guess what I loved it so much more than before. It brought me sincere happiness to my heart even if it's just for a while. Thanks to this drama "Summer strike", I felt at ease. I tend to enjoy any movies and dramas based on my current interest, mood and my current life circumstances. It was raining today and I kinda felt myself being stuck in my life and I had nothing to do. But I started giggling like a child and there was a sincere smile on my face while watching. The camera quality was somehow darker and unusual than any other dramas like Hometown Cha cha, Welcome to Samdalri, but it was comforting to me despite of not having a brighter screen, I guess that's the speciality of this drama. To comfort us at times when we least expect it to.
