He is the only C-actor that i follow even after i have watched c-drama for 10 years. His acting has great empathy and makes me feel for every character that he played with very rich micro-expressions which many young actors lack nowadays. His portrayal is progressive and has depth. One more thing i like about him is his roles are never the same with each other, he's so versatile at such young age, from witty and playful XYE to gentle but broken DJX to mature and selfless LZ, there're also LSB, XWD,YTH etc and upcoming FSG, TQZ; each role gives me a completely different vibe and he is always able to understand their core characteristics and express it very well. The scariest thing is each role helps improving his acting skill more and more and there's no limitation to his growth. It's really a pleasure to follow his acting career and get surprised by his every transformation. He is also great as a person, with very interesting personality. so i always laugh when others assume we like him for his handsomeness, they don't know to real CZY's fans, his handsomeness is actually his least note-worthy quality...

The reason they don't make long dramas with this kind of MLs because it is problematic to wide audience, short dramas don't have strict censorship like long dramas, they can be seen as quick cash grab without artistic values or meanings. Let me ask u what can u learn from that kind of plots? what message can u learn from a plot that abuse and manipulate women? and worst is he gets a happy ending in the end like nothing matters lmao. absolute trash. if CZY is serious about his career and reputation, he should stay away from these meaningless roles whose main selling points are just being handsome and cool with no depth or reasonings. It's an insult to him as an actor. There are tons of interesting type of roles out there that are not trash, for example Feng Suige, so please raise ur standard and don't wish that role for him.

all i see is people trashing that script and think producer is crazy to make this drama. people liking this because it's involved high-ranking officials, but this story is so outdated and high ranking officials will be deleted and turn into typical ceo type which is boring and not worth czy's time and talents. he has better scripts to choose, so thank you next.

if u like red flag characters, just look forward to FH. FSG is red flag but smart, strong and likable, with a strong FL who can rival him to make a balanced story. nobody likes imbalanced romance like that trashy script.

ur taste is ur tase but CZY has no business in satisfying ur taste. He is a man with real value, there's no way he can empathize with such a character. He can play villains but real good villains with interesting personalities, not trashy character with nothing to love about.

this script is so trash, different role doesn't mean he should act a trash character in an abusive romance with no moral value. It's not even big ip or having good team. He would be scold to death if the script doesn't get changed. These plots might not even pass screening/china censorship.
