Traffic stars are actually not regarded highly by the people working in the industry, because it kills the quality of the drama if the investors push for traffic with bad acting skills. But they make money i guess and I don't think it's wrong to place importance in traffic, everyone wants to be popular at the end of the day. But the the audience will suffer from a bad drama affected by bad acting (i lost count how many good plots got ruined by bad acting). I just think CZY's mindset is different from other actors. You should read his interviews more. He places more importance on the quality of his roles/dramas and someone who can be a match to him more than something like traffic. Like you said, thanks to Lusi, he got more popular, so now he doesn't have to rely too much on if his partner is popular or not. If he gets a good script and good partner, he can make a good drama. He is a person who will prove that to you.

The Double and Joy of Life don't have any traffic stars. Both dramas are the most successful dramas of this year. So traffic is useless in front of excellent scripts, good directing and drama crew.

Arthur Chen has a movie director dad. His scandals were buried by his strong backing. BD might want a role from his dad in the future lol That's why her fans don't dare to protest against him. These bullies always pick on the weak ones (like CZY) but don't dare go against real power.

actually i'm not against him acting with big established traffic. my point is DB isn't the only one in the entire industry. he might miss her but there's still other opportunities. actually, popular actress isn't the biggest problem (see how Yang mi flopped with Fox spirit), it's the drama crew, budget, scripts and acting skills that are far more important. I rather him pair with other less popular actress who wouldn't drag him down by their poor acting than a traffic with bad acting skill

He's not a normal actor, he is an actor who is serious about his career, has self-respect and pride, has a line that shouldn't be crossed. If he wanted easy success, he would have done many things differently, he would abuse his popular roles by playing the same roles again. But no, he chose a hard life, always challenges with different roles, keep proving himself and getting better. If you think he should act with an actress just because of her traffic, it's clear you don't understand him at all.

eh this is not a rumor, it's a fact lol her fandom was protesting for the drama to change the ML even from just a rumor that he might be her ML, it went on hot search and his search were full of her fans attacking him. BTW, this is how traffic fans abuse their power, they would attack the celebrities by rushing to their target's accounts, controling the comments, posting bad degrading photoshopped pictures about them, there are thousands of them doing this days after days until they get a response.
Her fandom has a bad rep in C-ent too. They are very demanding and controlling even though their fave' dramas always flop due to her poor acting. Recently they even protested against another drama asking to change its director/stylist etc. C-fans are insane like that...

Don't worry, karma is hitting her hard now though because not only she got into controversies for her poor acting skills, got outshined by supporting actress, still got equal billing with someone less popular than CZY (but real powerful background, unlike the fake prince CZY lol), currently under dispute with her greedy agency (they deserve each other) and it's hard for her to find any good scripts now because she's too obsessed with 1st billing.
