I find Qin very relatable. After losing trust before, it makes sense that he’s more cautious about relationships.…
I just don't understand one thing: why didn't Quin, if he cared about Duang, immediately send Kiw to hell? After all, he has eyes and sees how much he's hurting Duang.

The way people are completely misunderstanding Qin is beyond me. You mentioned their position discussion. Did…
I assume you've read the novel or know how the story ends, because otherwise you'd probably think the same way I do.

In my opinion, Qinn had plenty of opportunities, for example, to reply to Kiw's messages, break off contact, or tell him clearly and directly that there was no chance and that he should leave him alone. But he did none of that, and as we know from the teaser, he's even going to do a "heart test" with him and his awesome friends to find out if he really has no feelings for him. I find that disgusting towards Duang, especially since Qinn himself felt insecure just because Duang went plein air painting with his friends and girls.

That's what I thought too. I was surprised that Duang sat so calmly during this last conversation and didn't immediately pack his things.

that part wasnt in novel... the director once said if they didnt add things up, only from novel the series itself…
I hope so, because how could anyone not like the lovable Duang? He's so open-hearted, and Qinn feels completely safe with him. As I said, I haven't read the novel, and without it, you perceive things very differently because you don't already have the finished story, the images, and the characters' personalities in your mind.

I don't get the feeling, perhaps because I haven't read the story, that Qinn is in love with Duang. I just have the sense that he opens up to Duang more often, but then quickly withdraws again.

is duang autistic??
I'm not convinced Duang is autistic. In my opinion, Doung is simply an oddball. His behavior stems more from the childish treatment he receives from those around him, which is why he expresses himself in this way, and also from the fact that artists (which he is; he paints and draws) are often just oddballs. I know this from personal experience. LOL

On Duang with You Mar 15, 2026
To be honest, I'm both surprised and disappointed by Qinn's behavior. The guy arranges with Duang to be his romantic flirt, initiates a shared shower, provokes Duang with a conversation about their sexual preferences, and seemingly explains their role in the situation. But he can't send his former admirer to hell, so he drags things out, causing Duang pain. Seriously, what kind of behavior is this? Could Qinn have feelings for Tiw after all, and that's why he doesn't want to quickly and decisively end this situation? I really wonder why Duang didn't pack his things and go back to his place, giving Qinn time to think and decide what he really wants? I don't think Qinn is in love with Duang. I think he enjoys his adoration and presence more. No, I don't like this situation at all. I should point out that I haven't read the novella and don't know what will happen next or if this story even has a happy ending, but for now, I'm dissatisfied because I really dislike triangles in BL, and they're so often used to dramatize the plot. Duang didn't deserve it.

PS. The series is great and the actors too; they're incredibly well-matched in every way. Yay!

On Duang with You Mar 9, 2026
It started childishly and innocently, and now, with each episode, it's getting more and more passionate and intense. This is what love feels like. I can almost feel how much Duang adores and loves Qinn. He'd love to devour him whole, but respect and concern make him wait. The wait is worth it! ...because you could see and feel Qinn falling in love with Duang. But since Qinn is very reserved and distrustful, he needed time to open his heart and let Duang in. I think in the next episodes we'll find out why the series is rated 18+, because the ending of the last episode hints at it. I don't know if I'm right, since I haven't read the novel, but the hand that Qinn holds out at the end of the teaser for the next episode probably belongs to the "pink teddy bear," Qinn's former love. I'm very curious to see what happens next.

P.S. I absolutely must add that the main couple has incredible chemistry and immense acting talent. They're a perfect match, open, and have that special look in their eyes that tells the viewer everything is real and exactly as it should be. A fantastic series! I'm totally captivated by Duang and Qinn.

I love this couple, I love them, but somehow this series isn't what I thought it would be. Maybe it will pick up, but I was hoping for an adult series, meaning one not about high school students. We already had that with them. Now they're adults, and I was hoping for something more age-appropriate.

Let's put it this way: I like this little fishing village, the view of the sea and the sunrises and sunsets, the drone shots of the sea with its windmills, and the atmosphere there. It's all the nicer that, after years of learning Chinese, I occasionally pick up familiar words and understand the dialogue, but… but I could easily live without this series. I simply couldn't care less about it. I watch it for the scenery, not the plot. I really don't need to know if they end up together or if the actor You is an idiot. Yes, the actor You is very attractive, but as I said, I couldn't care less about him. Hmm?…

Boring, boring, boring, and we keep going around in circles, not moving forward, and even going backward, like in this episode.

This show is basically a good sleep aid; watching it in the evening doesn't require sleeping pills. BORING!

OMG, this series is not good! No, that's an understatement; in my personal opinion, this show is hopeless in every way! I understand that brothers care and worry about each other, but this brotherhood has gone too far; Teh's biggest concern in life is that Tod be happy, which I understand, but... Teh is Tod's younger brother, not the other way around! Tod is a sleepy, unconscious, characterless, anemic guy who could tranquilize an elephant, so I don't know what fun-loving Jimmy sees in him that made him fall so deeply in love that he drank all the beer from the local store and littered his apartment with cans.

Besides, there's Freeze, Fah, Jimmy's ex-lover; they all live Tod's life, with a break for sex in the bathtub. Even the NC scenes were boring and could have easily been omitted, but I understand; they were just there to get viewers to watch the show. Despite everything, I've seen every episode... LMAO!

Not all relationships are all touchy feely. If you want some fetishizy bl content you won’t find it here. Love…
Hello? It's not about any fetish, not at all, but about reality. The relationship shown in this series could just as easily be "just" a close friendship, and that would probably better explain the strange behavior of two men living together, sleeping in the same bed, in the prime of life and health.

After a fantastic first episode, unfortunately, it's gotten weaker with each episode. This series is a huge disappointment for me on every level; I thought Mark and Junior would be the main couple in this drama, and North and Yu would just be supporting characters, as is often the case with the second couple in other series. Unfortunately, from the second episode on, it became clear that the opposite was true, and North and Yu were the main characters.

Besides, you can see and feel that Mark and Junior are still a bit stiff, which disappointed me. I was so happy to get an adult BL couple, because lately everything seems to revolve around students.

Besides, North and Yu are completely unsuitable for each other, in my personal opinion; they have no chemistry at all, nothing, zero, nothing.

It's a shame, because this one had great promise.

I know it's just a Japanese BL series, so don't expect too much, but...is this what love looks like? After all, these two guys are supposedly deeply in love, they live together, sleep in the same bed, tell each other all their worries and thoughts, both professional and personal, and on top of that, they know that at some point they'll have to be apart for a while, and it looks like this??? Excuse me? Of course, I'm not expecting any raunchy love scenes, but at least a little intimacy? How can we even treat this second part of the series as a BL romance? What kind of romance is it if the characters don't have any romance? Just because they live together doesn't mean they're lovers...
Toma had one drink and clearly wanted a little "ramba camba," but Mamiya treated it as a loss of control, as if such an act hadn't been a natural way of showing affection since the dawn of humanity and was one of the reasons people form couples? After all, it's to live together, sleep together, have sex together, etc. However, it's clear that this series shows the life of a couple who theorize about the love that unites them without even physically showing it. I don't know, maybe they're both asexual and sexuality only appears in Tom, and only after having a drink. In any case, this story is becoming terribly boring and tedious to watch and it shows everything, including the secrets of a make-up artist's work, but it does not show what it was supposed to show, namely BL.

Okay, let's analyze this situation, which has been unfolding before our eyes for seven episodes now, and so far we haven't even taken it a step further, because after all, this "touching of lips" can't be considered a kiss.

Mianto is definitely as romantic as a broomstick, and Wataru, from the way I saw his disappointment after that "kiss," would like to experience romantic moments to convince himself that being lovers is better than just being "best friends." Lovers can be, and even should be, each other's best friends, but only friends can't be each other's lovebirds.... That changes a lot, right?

Mianto realized he loved Watarau after five years of separation, and suddenly, upon returning (for professional reasons), he realized it would be nice to live together again because he loved Watarau. Seriously, if you truly loved Watarau, you wouldn't have cut off contact with him for five years and moved to another city. Long-distance relationships exist, not to mention friendships that can be maintained throughout life, even if you rarely see each other for various reasons.
Minato touched Watarau's lips to his, then crawled under the covers and fell asleep.
Maybe Japanese/Asians have a different sense of intimacy, love, and desire (although in heterosexual dramas, this seems to be no different from our Western behaviors), and he thought that after this "erotic act," Watarau was already his boyfriend, those five years apart would be forgotten, and now they would live together like boyfriends. I'm not surprised Wataru doesn't want to fall into this "Minato channel of coldness," and although he loves the stiff Mianato, his sense of reality definitely hampers his decisions. Minato is good with words, but they're just words, words, words...
I believe they both have feelings for each other, but Minato definitely needs time to realize the situation (even if only in the example of his grandparents' relationship) and show at least a little tenderness towards the thirsty Wataru.
I wonder if we'll continue to go in circles in the next episodes, or if the action will pick up a bit.
I only watched this episode because I was hoping something would finally happen that would give this series some life and reality... but we know how it is, it won't happen. Minato fell asleep, and I almost fell asleep with him.

I really, really didn't like the moment when Toh agreed to be the doctor's boyfriend only because he lost hope of being with Jimmy after overhearing Jimmy's conversation with his friends. After all, he felt cheated on by someone he loved, and he did the same to someone else. Very ugly, phew.

His name is not pond it’s poon
Yes, of course, but since the last three episodes, it's all revolved around North and Ohm, and the couple I'm most interested in has been completely pushed into the background. Besides, while some might find North's naivety appealing, it just annoys me. In my opinion, Ohm is a loner/solo actor, and I never liked him in any of his previous ships, and this time he doesn't suit North either, in my personal opinion!
...I'm happy for you if you like the series

After the first episode, I was thrilled because I thought Junior and Mark were a brilliant and incredibly beautiful couple. My enthusiasm quickly faded, however, when the series shifted to a second couple that didn't interest me at all. Pond continues to play the naive little boy, no matter which partner he's working with. I don't like this dynamic – the small, naive Poon and the tall, strong, cunning Ohm. Furthermore, the love story has devolved into a cheesy comedy, which really disappointed me. I expected more… a better story, better acting, and above all, I wanted to see Junior and Mark as the main couple. Meh !
