this episode was shorter by 2 minutes and was just a whole lotta nothing (sorta kinda).
either way, that scene with jiyu and seungwon in her room was cute. they're better besties than heesu and chanyoung atp. café scene was also cute, and the scene of seungwon being frazzled and trying to see who heesu was trying to go on a date with was cute as well. and i loved seeing more of heesu and his siblings' family dynamics.
but still, as far as the progression of seungwon and heesu's relationship goes. yup, just a whole lotta nothing.
i never read the manhwa so idk how this'll sound to y'all, but apparently seungwon isnt the one making the posts on the anon board about the carrot juice? and the ep ended with heesu getting a message from an unknown user asking "do you like chanyoung?"
I really thought Carrot Juice was Seung Won, but turns out someone else is crushing on Heesu? I need more!!Actually…

like the only recent one that had a good plot was see your love... and it still had a theme that had been recycled many times. the actors really brought out the best in it though, i'll give them that.
aside from see your love which was actually phenomenal, many recent taiwanese bl have stayed incorporating stepbrothers, questionable power dynamics such as weird age gaps, AI turning into people and developing "feelings", and/or sexual assault undertones into their plots. it's getting very predictable. they need to step their game up in terms of writing and choosing better plots and themes 'cause this shit ain't it, dawg.
rewatching and i gotta ask, anyone got the name of the actor of that one hot computer science student? the tall one that had a friend walk out with him when jaeyoung was waiting for sangwoo on episode 1. i see the friend in the cast list, but not the hot dude :|
