TXW's acting in POJ is very powerful, moving, heart warming and sometimes heart breaking. It takes a lot to make me tear up, and she has brought me to tears several times in this incredibly well done series. I hope the Director and studio have a sequel already in the works. The fight scenes are very well done, and the intermittent humor is welcome, too.

I'm now watching some of her previous shows while waiting impatiently for the next episode of 'Jade' to drop. "Wrong Carriage, Right Groom" was actually really good, and also has Bai Bing Ke in it; an up and coming actress who gives solid performances in her own right.

Come award ceremony time, "Pursuit of Jade" should definitely win best cinematography, imho. Love your performances, TXW! Peace and out...❤️🌺😊

This show is incredible- so well done I find I'm almost 'squealing' with delight lol...🐷. The Director deserves huge kudos, as do our ML & FL. (All the cast is wonderful- we also have Snow Kong, another delightful beauty who is brilliant in this).

From the cinematography to the timing of the actors in each shot; the perfect lighting that sets the mood; the script- were I writing a full review I'd give it 10.5 if I could. The very unique closeup shots (at times) between TXW and ZLH have chemistry through the roof. I'm already hoping they're planning a sequel for this!

I'll echo the others just below- please make S2 at some point. This was EY's best dramatic performance ever, (in my humble opinion) and it would be fantastic to have her come back with the rest of the cast and pick up their story. Thank you!

I agree completely, and must say that the drama was really great overall, and never became dull or slow We thankfully got a break from 2ML for a while (Ep. 17 or so thru 20 I think was). But yes, I watched till the end and really did enjoy the series!

Yes she does deserve more recognition and love, I agree. I first noticed her in The Blue Whisper with Dilraba and Ren Jia Lun. She played Luo-Luo in that, and I fell in love with her acting and bright personality right away. Was so glad to see her in this!

I'm usually not into comedy-dramas, but this one is really excellent. Besides the great pairing of WCR & RC, I was so delighted to see one of my favorite beautiful fairies; Hu Yi Xuan, is in this. She is such a delight to watch in everything she's in.

The Directors' and Screenwriter's take on the transmigration theme is so different and refreshing! Having two TM's meet and team up at the start is too cool. Just finished Ep. 6 and can only say kudos to the cast and crew, thank you! 🙏🏼🥂💯

I was very closely watching Lusi's personal drama unfold last year, extremely concerned throughout. Kim Sae Ron's death was an unnecessary tragedy.

Hmmmm...you may be right on one thing. I dislike the title, which is misleading, because she was actually suspected of insurance fraud (which is also fallacious imo). I took the article's title as Lily just doing what reporters always do. But I'll reconsider what you said in your drive-by scolding.

I specifically meant Lily didn't have an axe to grind, because I don't think she does, (but I can't read her mind most days). I did say she sent it on down the line, which is in line with your response here, and which is a given with ALL the gossip-repeating columns across social media.

I also heartily defended Jin from the start, so I appreciate (not) you focusing solely on the one negative comment/aspect in my whole commentary, instead of the overall theme of supporting Jin.

"Rumors surfaced" and "reports circulated" on Jan 29th. Don't you just love these kinds of non-descript sources? Who re-started the story and rumors? And how did "they" find out the fine details unless "they" did some serious digging? Most importantly, why bother?

As they say, "don't start none and there won't be none." Apparently, someone with an axe to grind against Jin started some, so now there IS some- albeit not much. (I don't mean Lily Alice btw, she's just sending this on down the line). At the risk of having a noisy butterfly land on my comment branch again, I'll repeat (paraphrasing myself); that there may have been smoke back in April '25, but that fire was long since put out. Now, Jin was compelled to revisit that scary day and take everyone on an explanation tour.

If a non-celebrity citizen has a car accident, people ask if they're okay then move on. If Jin Chen has one, well...this happens.

I was expecting to read that she'd hurt someone else in a two-vehicle accident, then fled the scene or something. But turns out it's all much ado about very little. First time I've heard a single car, self-only injury being called a 'hit and run', but technically I suppose that may be correct. She had to get medical treatment right away, can't blame her for leaving the scene for that. If netizens drive her to blacklisting over this incident, much shame on them! Just be glad everyone's okay and move along.
