Zuji is a tribute drama so it will definitely be aired on September. Since it’s a dual platform drama (iQiYi and Tencent) and rumored to be on Dragon TV, the schedule will be depended on a mutual arrangement instead of single platform strategy. Also it’s a different genre so they don’t consider it and Shadow Love being aired together as collision.

Even Tencent is most likely releasing an S+ costume drama soon. TLOFG is a dual-platform + TV drama, it’s on its own wavelength at this point 😅

(Take this with a grain of salt) but from what has been circulating among insiders, we’ll probably, almost definitely, get Shadow Love sometimes within the second half of August.
Tomorrow SongYi and ChengLei’s Hi6 episode will air. Let’s hope we’ll get some movements from the team. 🤞🏻

They’re all dubbed unfortunately. If you watch the bts clips you’ll be able to tell the sheer difference… their real voices sound so much better

Newest broadcast 🍉 for our Shadow Love team is now August! No specific date yet. My guess, if this 🍉 becomes real, is after Calming Waves (according to the order of iQiYi’s summer list) This also makes sense since iQiYi has sent both dramas’ main leads to Hi6 at the same time.
Schedules change everyday so we still need to wait for official announcement. Finger crossed 🤞🏻

Yeah it kinda takes me by surprise since there’s another drama that opened their investment promotion for August and it’s not included here 🤔 Also September is mostly about Anti-Japanese war tribute dramas… let’s wait. But I’m so glad there’s a little bit of movement from iQiYi and Shadow Love team
