I've seen this happen in my country as well --not in the entertainment industry-- but for an incident that it's heavily implied that the government is involved in, and they block every procedure to uncover the truth for two years now.. I'm really hoping that the circumstances under which Yu Meng Long died, will get revealed..🙏🏻

The idea is his, so it makes sense for him to direct his own work.. He said he got inspired by the beach episodes in "never let me go" and wanted to do something like that again for an entire series.. His work is usually edgier, but at least you know you won't get any of the bl clichés from him, that other directors often use in this kind of genres..😌

No worries..😅 I haven't watched "Reset" yet so I might as well be wrong, but "Memoir of Rati" out of all the shows I've watched, it really felt deeply romantic... even before the official romance began. The setting, the music, the way they spoke and acted, it just did the trick for me..😅

Barcode joined after the gmmtv 2025 lineup, so it makes sense that he wouldn't be in any of the shows yet. Still he's taking part in events and fan-meets, so he's getting paid, he doesn't just sit around and he's probably gonna be in the 2026 line up. Also, I'm pretty sure his series with Jeff is still on. The gmmtv contracts don't bind the actors from taking part in series outside their company. Other actors do that, too. From what I know, Barcode also wants to do music, so he gets a better chance to do that if he's under gmmtv. There are many actors who joined for that reason.
As a viewer, I get why you prefer him in boc projects, but from an actor's point of view, having financial stability in this kind of job is rare. Usually, companies don't go around manage actors. Despite the project, though, I'm sure Barcode will do justice to his character. You can't bury so much talent, even with the worst direction..😌

For this series, his acting was fine. Yeah, it wasn't some oscar like performance and there were a few scenes not so great, but he wasn't as bad as people say he is. The amount of hate Dunk gets is ridiculous. I've seen actually bad acting in the bl industry and noone ever comments on it..😌

Yeah, they are the classic stupid comments of the year.. 😅 When a series shows sex it's called p*rn, when the main leads don't kiss, despite clearly stating they are into each other, then it's a bromance..🤪 That last one goes to those who called Jack and Joker a bromance, because it had less focus on the romantic aspect.. Yeah Jack and Joke were real bros, while doing it on the bed..🤣 As for the heart killers, if anything the show showed more kissing than sex.
