wow…it’s still not released, this show was announced to be released back in 2024, it’s been 2 years since then…what’s stopping them from releasing this I just don’t get it?!!!!! I don’t know how much longer I can even wait now 😭

Thats true, it is soooo dumb to show women as “damsel in distress” always… I agree this FL was not that bad, but if you’ve read the Webtoon, you’ll realise, what I was trying to say about her character that in the Live Action feels mehhhh
The Webtoon was sooooo much better…they have made some changes in the drama script which I personally did not enjoy…the FL’s character has been made sloppy unlike the webtoon, it feels draggy and boring. I was really excited for this one, but as they say, not all adaptations turn out great.
it was boring, dropped it at ep 4 but the cast are incredible and I loved the ex bf he was so handsome it's crazy..…
I agree, the story had a lot of loose ends and it was just toooo ehhh, it could have been so much better, they added a lot of side character plot to make it seem interesting which was actually even more boring. I am glad you dropped it, I hate myself for stretching my patience level upto the 8th one
I think that not everyone needs a romantic love in their life to be happy. He needs time to get over his love…
yesssss I surely agree, not everyone needs a romantic relationship, and Yan Ci surely needs time to heal, but these are the times when you actually need beside to help you in this journey. I agree Zhao Yu and Yan Ci are now friends, they had a closure, but I don’t know if you relate, we might feel lonely even when we are surrounded by our people. This is what I truly felt from his character and this might be the reason why, I empathise with him. I completely understand and appreciate your perspective tho….
Okay sooo, Yan Ci’s role was pretty dark but his acting was pretty good. The show is a perfect example that Life does not always go as you expect. There are going to be ups and downs. However the story was tooo biased according to me. To a great extent, Yan Ci suffered throughout the story and was shown to end up alone as well….while it was a happy ending for Zhao Yu. I agree that the writer wanted to write something different and refreshing, 100 marks for that, but we watch dramas to escape our reality, when dramas turn too real, i, on a personal note do not enjoy that. This drama made me feel sad, because everyone deserve a happy ending, a someone to rely on and someone to live for, Yan Ci never had that someone, while Zhao Yu was with the other guy. I was okay if Yu and Yan Ci didn’t end up together, but atleast he could’ve have been shown to end up with someone else atleast.
I know many people are going to disagree to what I have said, but guys, come on, I can have a different opinion. Even I don’t support toxicity, but a person wanting to change, must atleast be given one chance to prove his sincerity.
