Depends . It's soapy. At some parts everyone on screen suck at acting. But if you liked the actors/actresses beforehand. It's nice to see them play glamorous roles. The actresses have their shining moments . The actors were meh for me.

I loved the main characters. Both the leads were dedicated towards each other. I discontinued watching somewhere after 38 ep. The only thing that didn’t sit right with me was whenever the ml says I'm tired i just want a peaceful life. The fl plays the dead people card. Those dialogues weren't convincing and felt manipulative to me. I stopped caring for side characters after too many of them passed. Literally too many die. Too many.
. The number of times the ml was stabbed or beaten upto where i watched , i could sew tea with his body. Never saw the fl get a scrape.
Also whats with editing the 2nd ml in our faces in the leads kiss scene.
Also story seemed initially interesting with her helping him out of prison . But then it was so random like diarrhea.

The female lead was powerful. Love the fl . So beautiful . The male actor however.. the dude cant even say the most common soapy lines in a powerful way. Example the part where says' if they're are parents I'm her husband'. Looked like he bit his tongue mid dialogue delivery. He has kind of a pretty face .. what a waste

Has similar face structure to lee min ho, who can give people heart attacks even while saying the most cringy things ,while this dude looks lost most of the time.

I liked the addition of boss and artist dynamics. Adds humor to the most dramatic elements .


I would love for yiyang to get a role where she isnt sexually harrassed in any way and has a healthy love interest. Felt so shady how there were so many kiss scenes without any context or story in her last drama. Timeless love. Are you trying to sell the actress because your plot sucks was what i was thinking.

None of the plot holes mattered to much that much, but shanshan's situation was so damn stupid. Babe you think you rushing to china from america will be faster than you dialing 911 for her ?
Also the dude , a girl ran away from her wedding for me and took care of me when i was drunk . Let me marry her. -_-

Despite it being irrational i had really liked how he went through all the humiliation to get stronger but he got his empire back by pure luck.They didnt really plan anything. I didnt care for the supporting characters.

I liked the concept losing fighting spirit is worst than cheating being the relationship motto. I didnt like the beginning and the end. The between was good. They show that the characters fell deeply in love very early on. Felt very fake.
I dont know if its some bad luck but I've not seen any cdrama actors that look good and act well at the same time. What is it with these actors even struggling to play flower pot roles? The actor who plays male lead was very good but.
The actress was good too i guess but her character itself was boring , made me not care much when she delivered lines.

Also the ending where the dad accepts all his faults in public like that ... lol. .sure.

I like healthy banter but i really couldnt like the fl . She's so insensitive. Especially the way she behaved towards her friend who liked the ml . None of her actions make me feel like she gives a shit about anyone but herself. Even she came to know was actually happened between ml and her friend. Her reaction is like ' oh?..' woman you drove your friend deep into the pit with your disrespectful cupid act till almost 14 episodes. My favourite character is the supporting role female in this case.
