i liked it
Another one that I really liked but it was forgetable. Loved the story and acting. Here's what I wrote at the time:
Fantastic. Beautiful actors, great acting. Ngl, the plot was all over the place and can be confusing at times, but just trust the process and the plot always comes together seamlessly.
Very funny, great characters and this is literally the ONLY Chinese drama that I've watched where the parents of the main characters who are the "king/queen" or in this case, the "city master" aren't evil scheming monsters. I actually LOVED both parents of the main leads. And I'll never forget my fave duo Bai Bai and Rui Rui.
It does get boring and draggy in some parts but overall drama is an 8.5/10 but the ending is 9.5/10. Great dama, highly recommend.
