Still hoping they will announce a S2. I think the after story will cover the storm scene of the part 2 novel wherein Watarai stayed overnight at Hioki’s house.

so they still have lots of material for Season 2 just in case. It’s popular domestically and internationally that I strongly believe a S2 is inevitable.

So they just announced that a 2 part after story will be released after Episode 10. It will be aired the next 2 Sundays again. Just hoping it can also be viewd by international audience. 😭 I am happy but can we also have a Season 2? 🥹

There’s a buzz for Season 2 and hopefully it will bear fruit.

I can’t get enough of them. I hope they will adapt the book 2 as well and add boyfriend moments and/or adult WataHio moments.

The best thing about this is that there are no problematic characters, Hioki and Watarai have more grown up mindset in relationships that other dramas. Even the side characters are top tier. Communication is always key in this series and I love it. This just makes us feel good. It just shows us that you doo not need any complicated misunderstandings or any heavy plot to make a good show. Just good old fluff but with substance. I especially like their lines. They are very straight forward and no room for dragging confusions. The high rating is well deserved and I think it needs to be higher!!Hoping for a Season 2 and at least a Special episode. 🥹🥹🥹

honestly, same. I don’t know how to cope without expecting a new episode on a Sunday. Hopefully an announcement for S2 so that we have something to look forward to.

Episode 9 is out and I enjoyed it but showing the preview for the last episode is torture because the part that we are all probably waiting for is on the final one! I can’t wait but I don’t want this to end either. I need help moving on once this is done.

In ep8 you can clearly see the difference after the head patting. Usually Hioki will be like on the defense mode from previous episodes but for this, he just stood and accepted; showing difference on how he feels towards Watarai. More secure and unafraid.

I especially like the 3 Heavenly Kings’ support. they embodied like how it was in the novel. However, I wished it was more apparent that Morisaki, the silent type, is actually the most aware even before Watarai really embraced his feelings for Hioki.

But the episodes was heart fluttering!! I can’t wait for the next one. Too bad we need another week for it. :(

I do that daily. 😭 I honestly need help moving on. I tried watching a new one earlier today and it’s just not the same. I also tried watching a BL that I have thoroughly enjoyed before but it’s incomparable to school trip. :(

We need like maybe a new season of them just being boyfriends and watarai just being the possessive- jealous but green flag lover that he is.

i feel you! like I watch loooots of BL. like a Lot! and here we are, the simplest story there is but the chemistry is so strong that I can’t help but keep rewatching the whole thing

For feel good BL, probably Our Dining Table and If it’s with you. Kieta Hatsukoi is also up there for me.

What I do is go back to episode 1 and rewatch the whole series again. i am hoping that they will greenlit the second season too.

i find comfort in knowing I am not the only one internally dying for another episode. The episodes are so short but I must say the live action really gave justice to the source material.

i think I need help moving on from this series because the number of rewatch I did for this unfinished series is so unhealthy.

Hoping for S2 as well!! Like thoseeee scenes. 🫣 The 1 episode every Sunday is torture! I can’t wait for another episode.

I think they could cut out some scenes from the novel. Don’t get me wrong, I love the novel but there were unnecessary scenes in there especially with Tsujitani and the gang. They might shorten those bits.

What I am looking forward to that they need to keep is the confession of Watari and when Hioki realized his feelings when the girl asked him to giver her letter for Watari through Hioki. Honestly as long as they do them right, I will be a happy camper.

Also, I hope they won’t make their kiss light just like in the novel. 😁

As someone who read the novel, I am pleased with the live action adaptation. It’s faithful to the source material and the parts that were not included in the series did not affect the story.

Also, some minor changes added a better story line in my opinion.

Yes it is predictable but what stands out is the the chemistry of the leads. Watarai is an obsessive green flag. LOL. Aaaaand the gay panic faces especially on Hioki kunnnnnn. 😭

Semantic Error will always be one of my go to KBL if I need something to make me smile. I think it was So-so at first but upon watching behind the scenes and knowing that Park Seoham reeeally adored Park Jaechan, it became one of my favorites!!
