Just finished the drama the wei generals and their camaraderie won my heart, and the entire cast delivered outstanding performances. Wei Liang’s death left me heartbroken 😭 he became such a memorable and beloved character. I honestly feel his death was unnecessary, especially since he never got the chance to marry Xiaotao. That made it all the more painful. Despite the sorrow, the rest of the drama was beautifully written and deeply moving. I’m really going to miss this cast a lot ♥️
This one and legend of zang hai are absolutely killing it rn It's been such a long time since I got hooked on a costume drama right from the first episode and now I have two at once. I can't believe TPOB is ending 😭 I'm really going to miss the cast especially manman and wei shao They really grew on me 💘

It's just...weird. You've got all these problematic guys in the Squid Game 2 cast, and then you see tons of support online. Like, massive likes on Twitter, and then there are people still defending KSH after he was found guilty. There's a real disconnect between what people say they believe and what they actually support.
No modern drama will ever top this one for me—it’s just 𝓽𝓱𝓪𝓽 good. I don’t even know how to move on. I keep rewatching the episodes and listening to the OSTs on repeat. I can’t remember the last time I was this attached to a drama. I 𝓷𝓮𝓮𝓭 Bai Jingting and Zhang Ruonan to work together again—their once-in-a-lifetime chemistry is simply unmatched.

The proposal scene was sooo wholesome I was tearing up 😭 I loved how they wrapped up that criminal scenes and we got 4 eps of their beautiful moments together I don't want to compare but this is the BEST Modern drama from China for me the dialogues were sooo well written I am at loss of words how good this drama is truly lived up to its hype perfect example of slow burn done right and the wayy sang yan and wen yifan love eachother is out of the world Thank you soo much to all the first frost team for their hardwork especially Bai jingting and zhang ruonan these two are one of the best actors I have witnessed in my lifetime. And lastly I will miss them a lot they were my daily dose of happiness 🥺♥️
My yifan went through soooo much from witnessing her father's death to being SA soo many times her mother even after knowing the truth did nothing her aunt did nothing everyone left her alone at that situation I felt that only the policewoman was actually concerned about her rest everyone was in their own world my girl injured her leg brutally lost her dream she was all ALONE no one to help even her mother keeps convincing her it's misunderstanding in the yihe daily she was also SA the audacity for that girl to say they held justice for her when she herself says she ran away because of pressure coming to the present tho she ran away again without telling anyone she hated that decision more than anyone it was the hardest for her to leave the people she love she is scared and mentally she is still not healed she has been carrying the baggage alone all this time so she don't want to involve anyone else this drama is the journey of wen yifan it will take time but my girl will come around for sure there's still 6 eps left I hope they wrap it nicely showing her healing process. And last but not the least THEY CAN NEVER MAKE ME HATE YOU MY YIFAN !!
The absolute highlight of today's episode was when wen yifan choses sang yan as most handsome. The way she justified her 'crazy pursuit' of him, coupled with everyone's reactions, the perfect OST, and their shy, ear-to-ear grins – it was pure magic. I couldn't help but smile along with them. I've rewatched that scene countless times ; ) it was the best moment of the entire series 😭🎀♥️
The chemistry between bjt and the actor playing Duan Jiaxu is so endearing! It reminds me of the delightful interactions between czy and vm in hl. I'm eager to see more of their scenes together and I also wanna know what does duan jiaxu thinks about wen yifan and what will his reaction be when yifan and sang yan starts dating 🤭

OMG, this drama is EVERYTHING! Seriously, the hype was real, and it totally lived up to it. The chemistry between the leads is off the charts – like, I'm shipping them so hard! Bai Jingting is perfection as Sang Yan. He just gets the character, you know? No one else could have done it like that. And Zhang Ruonan? Stunning! I've loved her since Cry Me a Sad River, and she's just a goddess. Her acting is so subtle but so powerful – she can make you cry with just a look. Even the side characters are awesome! I'm totally hooked on the second couple's story too. Zhang Miao Yi and Edward are killing it! ❤️

This is like the best modern cdrama I saw after wifty soooo sooo well done the Main leads are soo freaking pretty I can't take my eyes off them and the character development their chemistry is like one of the best I have seen in recent years still have to watch some eps but I am soo in LOVE WITH THEM.
