It's just coming to my attention that no other young actor I've seen so far has such a diverse filmography like Jang Dong Yoon:
High School Drama: ✅ School 2017 Melodrama: ✅ Oasis Historical: ✅ The Tale of Nokdu Fantasy: ✅ My Man is Cupid Legal: ✅ Solomon's Perjury Medical: ✅ A Poem A Day, Daily Dose of Sunshine Sports/Coming-of-age: ✅ Like Flowers in Sand Thriller: ✅ Search Action: ✅ Project Wolf Hunting (Movie) Crime Thriller/Mystery: ✅ La Mante
Can't help but respect how wide his range is. I really want to check out more of his work, especially after how great he was in School 2017.
my first ever kdrama! I saw this on netflix and the synopsis was really interesting. I don't think I've seen something this exciting, heartfelt, and intense in a long time. I really loved the soundtracks/OSTs, the action sequences, the amazing acting, and how unique the story was. I didn't expect it to get as dark as it did. Jae-yi's story really resonated with me as I lost a loved one recently, so I cried with her when she finally found Hong rang. I'm a lot more inclined to watch more kdramas in the future now. Hard to imagine anything will beat this for me.
