I agree with you. Nothing beats genuine people finding love. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity so making the best out of it should be the norm. All of them are very clear/ direct on what kind of lover/partner they want to have, and that's very admirable.

I love Huihui's personality! I've never met a dating show cast who is always singing nonchalantly and is pretty bubbly. I like her straightforwardness, girlie don't want to waste no time and I admire her for that. Lizheng matches her personality so well because he also sings along every time she sings out of the blue haha.

I hope Jiyu will find love outside the show. Heart Signal would've worked for him, but I wish for his happiness!~~

I can relate to you with Lizheng. Initially, I thought he's kind of an alpha male, you know like the "rough" type, but when you get to see his interactions, even his home, he is just so different compared to my 1st impression of him. He has a soft side, he has a cat, he likes to collect stuffed toys/fridge magnets. He's just an overall chill guy with an intimidating look because his face is so sharp looking and handsome. He matched well with Huihui. She's amazing as well, straight to the point and knows what she wants. Both of them want to start a family at almost the same time too, fascinating. I wish them happiness.

okay? i know that. this is not my first rodeo in dating shows, and who cares about who youling/liuliu may end up with? they're not my main couple/person. i'm just stating what i think wil happen due to the leaks/rumor/fact floating around me. as if i can erase those pictures that i saw in my head and get my eyeballs out. trust me i don't support both. as much as i hate leaks/rumors/truths, chinese fans are "historically" way too extreme with it, making it their hobby & destroying the potential of dating shows and trust me there's nothing we can do about it. it's already out and about in social media platforms.

i agree. i hope this one will be a learning experience for her and surely for her fans. there are a lot of girl like liuliu who might act like this in a dating show, nothing wrong with it, but if the "vagueness" of her decision affects others then that might be a problem. some people are not good at balancing a lot of options. good thing the men this season are not "martyrs" unlike what we see in other dating shows, pursuing one girl even if in the end the girl will not choose them.

this is why chinese dating shows are superior!~ everything has good balance in it. i agree with you on liuliu, no hate to her, some people are like that. i know someone who literally had 20 men ask for her hand in marriage, the heavens gave her lots of options, men with impressive backgrounds too, but she told me even with a lot of choices it's hard. she had regrets like "i should've chose this guy instead, etc." or what not but i agree, regrets come last and all we can do is just look back.

I've been a watcher of dating shows for many years now, and this one really gave me a lesson. Good example would be in Liuliu's position: 3-4 guys are interested in you. If you give them confusion/mixed signals, they will slowly drift away from you. I understand, we can't make decisions that fast but we can't judge the people who wants to be chosen firmly. It's a dangerous game because 1 single convo from another female cast, that guy will immediately pursue her. let's not lie to ourselves, no hate to anyone, but we even don't like it ourselves if the person we like gives us vague answers or actions. It's bravery for the men to back out and pursue other women, bravery also to those men who fights till the end even if they don't end up with the women they wanted.

danqi and youling gives off that old married couple vibes. they are just chill, and lowkey.

we are still on ep. 6 so yeah, maybe youling or liu will go to more dates since a lot of leaks earlier hasn't been broadcasted yet. maybe they will turn things around. 4 eps left, a lot can happen still.

lizheng and zuhui looked good together too. they are lowkey like friends to lovers kind of trope but yeah, they have sparks too. <3

This is not old news for dating shows, there will always be sacrificial lamb narrative that the producers like to push, this season was Liu. and don't blame the other casts for it, since it's the producers' doing. i hope in real life she is not the type to give mixed signals and only was directed by the pd to give some drama to the show. Heart Signal 8, sacrificial lambs include Yuan, Wang Yifan and Duoduo. They were given bad editing by the pds and received hate online for liking one guy. HS6 was Hou Siyi (she was in a love triangle with Zhoucheng before Ruqing came, she also gave mixed signals to the guy and kept him around as an option mid-episodes till Ruqing saved the day). As a viewer, if you think outside the box, you can see and sense which sacrificial lamb the producers are pushing really hard to create drama. Heart Signal 5 Korea was Gyuri, the editing made her look like a villain in the show. Let's not forget Yugyeong for keeping other men as options and not giving them firm answers that she don't see them as potential partners. I know it's a dating show, this is a common practice, but let's be real, we even don't like it in our "real lives" if the guy we like will give us mixed signals and will keep us as an option. Let's not invalidate of the other people that wanted to be chosen firmly because we also don't want to experience being kept only as an option.
