GOOD LORD, THE AMOUNT OF TEARS I SHED IN JUST ONE EPISODE!!!
This show was SO comforting, and I could feel myself caring for each and every character. It was so sweet and lighthearted, with the inevitable point of an important loss that gave another meaning to living, not just to the character that directly experienced the loss but to every other character as well.
The message of the story was also incredibly heartwarming, even allowing me to see life differently through the view of the main character. The title of the last episode really stuck with me as well... "Life is a beautiful, magnificent thing, even to a jellyfish." Jellyfish are able to live wonderfully even without hearts or brains, so with me being a fully thinking, feeling, and breathing human, I should also be able to live wonderfully, right?
