lol , i just cant understand this dialogue - like mina sue said something similar too in prev eps and i was like girl you are gonna be you only - the only change will be what you want to show yourself as to guy1 and then guy nth
I don’t know why, but I actually understand Go-eun’s decision. Her standards in relationships are clearly different from I-geon’s. She prefers “good boys” — men who speak politely, communicate clearly, and don’t make her feel insecure. Considering that I-geon gives off strong “bad boy,” even “player” vibes, and that they have mutual connections, it’s possible she had already heard things about him — whether good or bad, we don’t really know.
Even so, she was genuinely interested in him, and he seemed interested in her as well. However, compared to the other men, he consistently fell short when it came to expressing his feelings. He seemed to believe in giving her “space” — way too much of it — while Sung-min, on the other hand, took his chances every time. More importantly, I-geon never gave Go-eun a real sense of security. We saw this clearly during and after their date in episodes 10 and 11, when he repeatedly mentioned another woman, talking about how nice and fun she was. Imagine being on a date with someone who keeps bringing up another girl. No one would like that, even if I-geon claimed they were “like siblings.” He mentioned her so many times that even I, as a viewer, felt like saying, “Enough, I-geon — stop burning bridges.”
Then, after returning, he became visibly excited around Hae-un, saying he missed her, focusing almost entirely on her while barely acknowledging Go-eun’s presence, and even walking around with another woman. I’m not saying Go-eun was completely faultless — she also explored her options — but her intentions were clear. And as if that wasn’t enough, the bonfire gathering only made things worse and solidified her doubts.
What Go-eun needed from I-geon was a sense of security, especially given the kind of image he gives off. She communicated this to him multiple times, yet by her standards, he failed to provide that reassurance.
In the end, I think they both fell short, despite having mutual feelings for each other. That’s why Go-eun ultimately chose the man who made her feel secure.
Also, I don’t even know why I typed all of this when, realistically, no one from the show is likely to date long-term after it ends — it’s mostly about popularity anyway. Still, a part of me hopes the rumors about I-geon courting Go-eun are true and that they actually give dating a chance.
What do I personally gain from them dating? ans : Nothing at all. But pls, just date and give each other a chance.
Does it really matter to me? ans : Probably not — in 15 minutes, I’ll be watching something new anyway.
Okay , who ? I mean WHO THE HELL IS RATING THIS MASTERPIECE any less than 8.5-9-10 ????
comparatively this started off way too good than lots of the kdrama out there in recent. Till ep 3 this show looks like it has laid down a solid base for upcoming shows in a way that you can or cannot predict what will happen next . This making you pinned to watch more
Ughh I wish I had waited for few eps and then started it - binge-watching.
My dumb ass has exams coming and I started an on air show that has only 1-2-3 eps out till now
i was right - Kim Jae Jin was a contestant in korean dance show STAGE FIGHTER. when i looked at him i was like i have seen him somewhere and when he was like i am in dancing and i was like - WAIT A MINUTE
i liked it, i really liked it but but maybe i wanted more like the story had potential to go into dark and deep explore characters more. it just felt like a rush writing with not much depth. i just wanted more in terms of plot and depth.
Like imagine in current timeline if YN is watching all the BH and his ex drama when this show is aired out , will she still be willing to date him ?? i guess NO , if i was her i will run like RUNNNN GIRLLL -
even if YN and BH somehow ends as final couple and she goes back to her normal life and dating BH, like who can guarantee that BH wont sneak at night and go to his ex crying and spending nights at her place,
The cuts kinda ruined the show but the chemistry made it up yet I wished we could see more I felt like even their normal scenes were kinda cut like one minute they reconciled and kissing and another it's next day.
Sigh. All though I know cdrama have censorship thing but this felt like a lot chopped off than normal cdramas that has aired in past. Idk maybe I read the novel that's why i felt it like this. Just the flow of the entire story was into pieces.
Except this Esther and he yu both were amazing as the character.
HJ sucking life out of all the two exes that they both lean towards the warmth and happiness radiated from YN . Crazyyy.
I rarely hate any characters but HJ just seems a little too unbelievable to be real .
At this point I have changed my mind and just wants to say HJ is for sure putting drama on table.
Like if rumours are true and girl really wanted to choose influencer path and become famous why choose the most controversial way ?? And sort of like hated too ?
Now i badly need i will burn the world for you type of CTRAUMA to watch to believe in romance tag and not the type i will burn you to save the world type
Actually if i think at this moment idk what i felt for this series in its second half. Its okay to not have kiss scene and tag romance but keep the leads 6-8eps aparts?? and then feeling like chem is gone? or when one of the main character dies but directly or indirectly when you bloody kill the person you are in love with or in our case the one that chose to sacrifice her life for the greater cause i need to see some tears , like a lot of tears and remorse for what just happened .
But i didnt see it.
it felt like ~ okay now she will die , now she is dead , and now he took the tree seed , he used it to kill the evil black fox and then he dies too , we saw him exchanging few words on how he felt and how he somehow managed to save our spidee girl in spider form.
But still something felt too much missing that i cant ignore it.

Kim Goeun x lee su been

my trust issue starts with BH.

its just most of the scenes looks abruptly cut like - i am not saying the kiss scene but just majority of the scenes .
