I didn't finish both. I agree My Boss was so much better than this.. but I didn't like adult lawyers act like teenagers in that drama. For Our Interpreter, the concept was great, the early episodes were good but main couple took too much time in nonsense push and pull. My point is that CXX should take a break from modern dramas and act in a historical drama next.

What did I just watch?
Chen Xing Xu.... it's time to go back to historical / wuxia / xianxia. This type of poor modern drama scripts are wasting his talents, three times in a row.

It's his real voice. He mostly uses his own voice in dramas.

He was abusive towards FL, the worse is that he discriminated his two daughters where one was treated as a princess and the other one was treated as a prisoner. I am annoyed with they kinda whitewashed him with redemption arc in the later half. I hope it won't be like that here. I don't want a redemption.

I just noticed that the one who acts as Cheng Lang is a Thai actor. It's very rare that they cast a foreigner in a chinese historical drama, not because of storyline.

At this point, some fans are trying to dispute between two actresses who might be good friends in real life. They need to stop this shit already.

I think some people misunderstood that many of us are collectively hating kan for calling out. I don't hate her at all. It may sound like we don't like what she did because we're too caught up with home's feelings emotionally. Logically what she did is right. Anyway this show is really great and New is so amazing.
