There might be having a special episode in the future because Raiden said they filmed a proposal scene on his REDnote social media last week, however, it does not show in EP 13, but we saw their photo with engagement rings in the credits of EP 13, therefore, let's hope we still got one more special episode in the future.
I think no one knows it exactly so far. It depends on how you assume or interpret their interactions. We will only know if they show us a bed scene of them.
