Recently, the cinematographer of The On1y One has won THE BEST CINEMATOGRAPHY FOR A DRAMA SERIES award with his last year's broadcasted drama on The 59th Golden Bell Award, it is the most prestigious Taiwanese drama, TV and radio programs award!
Who knows maybe The On1y One will get nominated next year?!
This proves that the entire crew of The On1y One is an elite production team in Taiwan. With their dedication and professionalism, if they can realize the project of season 2, it will be really out of this world, since the continuation of the story is so captivating and touching!

According to the director, the cost for making this 'season 1' is 6 times higher than other Taiwanese BL that normally need. And we can clearly see the difference and the high quality of this production compared to other typical Taiwanese BLs in these few years. This first 12 episodes are totally over budget to them, so they have to split it into two seasons. That's why the script for 'season 2' is ready, because at first, they really hope to film in one go.

Some updates here. - The On1y One Photobook has been sold out during this pre-order period (the book is not even release yet)! Even the international website, Yesasia has temporarily closed for pre-ordering!
However, the publisher has replenished the stock immediately. All platforms are allowing to pre-order again.
- The ticket sale for the fan meeting in Macau is not doing well. Still left around 300 out of 500 seats after a week. =(
- The other merchandise will be released either at the end of Nov or in Dec.

One day, a professor entered the classroom and asked his students to prepare for a surprise test. They all waited anxiously at their desks for the exam to begin. The professor handed out the exams with the text facing down, as usual. Once he handed them all out, he asked the students to turn over the papers. To everyone’s surprise, there were no questions – just a black dot in the center of the sheet of paper.
The professor, seeing the expression on everyone’s faces, told them the following: “I want you to write about what you see there.” The students, confused, got started on the inexplicable task. At the end of the class, the professor took all the exams, and started reading each one of them out loud, in front of all the students. All of them, with no exception, defined the black dot, trying to explain its position in the center of the sheet.
After all had been read, the classroom silent, the professor started to explain: “I’m not going to grade you on this, I just wanted to give you something to think about. No one wrote about the white part of the paper. Everyone focused on the black dot and the same happens in our lives. We have a piece of paper to observe and enjoy, but we always focus on the dark spots. Our life is a gift, and we always have reasons to celebrate – nature renewing itself daily, friends around us, the job that provides our livelihood, etc.
However, we insist on focusing only on the dark spot – the health issues that bother us, the lack of money, the complicated relationships with others, or the disappointment with a friend. The dark spots are very small when compared to everything we have in our lives, but they’re the ones that pollute our mind.
Take your eyes away from the black dots in your life. Enjoy each one of your blessings and each moment that life gives you. Be happy and live a life such that even the undertaker will be disappointed when it is your time to go.
