In the last scene you might have seen that Dr.tin was sent out somewhere I think he was sent abroad to a big hospital for treatment. Then after a few months he recovered for coma and remember everything what happened between them and returned from abroad ...then last scene Dr.tin he came to the place where they had met before because he know that Tol is still remember him and that's the place where they meet in loop.... (English is my 5th language if I made a made sorry)
