10/10 Highly anticipated drama Han So-Hee didn't disappoint, again. Experiments on humans were portrayed so good that 95% of the time I had to look away. Characters are well-written and it's not easy to predict outcome. Get ready for bunch of plot twists that will make your jaw drop. On the other hand CGI was good but you can still tell that it's CGI. So that's one of the things I didn't enjoy that much. Anyway, drama is so good that I watched all 7 episodes in one breath. Immediately after watching I came to give my rating, and l was astonished to see such low ratings. Most of the ratings are 1, and I bet those people didn't even watch the show. And I'm guessing they were given by bunch of JK girlfriends that are jealous because Han Soo-Hee starred in their boyfriend's music video. Don't let those small ratings to keep you away from this drama, it's better than most of the dramas that are currently on the air. NVM. 10/10 now. Wow, It just keep getting better and better.
10/10 Manipulated: A Thrilling Rollercoaster of Emotion and Suspense! "Manipulated" is an exhilarating addition to the world of K-dramas, and it has captured my attention from the very first episode. Each instalment so far has been mind-blowing, with a gripping narrative that keeps viewers on the edge of their seats. The anticipation for each new episode is palpable, and I often find myself wishing we could binge all 12 episodes at once! The standout performance in this series undoubtedly comes from Ji Chang Wook. His portrayal of the lead character is nothing short of remarkable. Wook brings depth and nuance to his role, making every scene he is in feel electric. His ability to convey a wide range of emotions-from vulnerability to intensity-demonstrates his extraordinary talent. Complementing him is a stellar cast that elevates the show even further. Each actor brings their own unique flair, contributing to a rich tapestry of interconnected stories that resonate deeply with the audience. Episodes 5 and 6 have left me yearning for more. The stakes are raised, and the tension builds to a fever pitch that feels almost cinematic in its execution. Every second of these episodes felt epic, with plot twists that are not only surprising but also expertly crafted. The pacing is on point, keeping viewers engaged throughout. The cinematography and direction deserve a mention as well. The visual storytelling works hand in hand with the powerful performances, creating a truly immersive experience. The show's ability to blend emotional depth with thrilling suspense makes it a standout in the crowded K-drama landscape. In conclusion, "Manipulated" is a must-watch for anyone searching for a captivating drama that combines stellar acting, a gripping storyline, and breathtaking production values. I can hardly wait for the next episodes to drop, and I highly recommend this series to fans of the genre and newcomers alike. It's a rollercoaster of emotions that you won't want to miss!
10/10 JCW at his best!! Simply incredible Honestly speaking, even if I am an ardent JCW fan, I didn't expect brilliance the drama has showcased!! JCW as 'Park Jun Mo' simply ate and digested the character- once again proving how great he is when it comes to acting! He blended with the character so perfectly that I am not finding proper adjective to explain it. A refreshing, well-crafted, edge-of-the-seat drama! Awaited long for this. The lull of hits JCW had since 2019, has finally come to end. Though he played 3-4 charaters since then, according to me, he was splendid in 'Love-struck-in-the-city', partially good in 'Sound of Magic' but it's sad that it didn't catch the attention of the audience. I am awestruck while comparing characters like Park Jae Won and Park Jun Mo! How diverse and perfect this actor could be!! Even a pessimistic drama like "The Worst of Evil' is extremely likable because of his presence. Everyone in this is good but Chang Wook surpassed all my expectations! May his success journey continues like this!!!!!
10/10 Karma Karma" presents a complex narrative that intertwines the lives of its characters through themes of fate and consequence. While the series boasts strong performances and a thought-provoking plot. This drama has only six episodes, but each one is so intense that I couldn't stop, that's why I binge-watched it. I love every single episode. The actors truly brought their roles to life. Each character has an intriguing story, and everyone is closely intertwined in unexpected twists. The title Karma perfectly captures the essence of the drama. Storytelling, acting, suspense, background music, cinematography, pacing, and even its concise format-this drama is a perfect 10/10. I wholeheartedly urge you to watch Karma 2025, especially if this genre aligns with your interests or if you're looking to explore something new.
10/10 Amazing I think l've finally found my new all-time favorite thriller. The action is non-stop, and there are so many crazy twists that it keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time. Mercy for None is definitely an action-packed thrill ride. If you like bloody, brutal fights, you'll love this show. It's not for the faint of heart, for sure, but I couldn't take my eyes off of my screen for a second. It's one of those shows where the plot unfolds gradually, but there are enough hints and clues to keep you guessing. The pacing is so perfect. There are plenty of tense moments, and lots of quick cuts, but the show never feels too hectic. The fight choreography is absolutely incredible. I never thought anything could top the martial arts in John Wick, but I was seriously impressed with the fight scenes in Mercy for None. Every single one of the fights felt believable and realistic, and the stunts and visual effects were perfect. I also like that they put a ton of creativity into the fights, and the action sequences are designed to blend into the narrative really well, so they don't feel completely out of place. Plus, it's fun to watch So Ji-Sub kicking butt and looking so dapper while doing it. He's been in some other action flicks, so I already knew he could act, but I wasn't expecting his performance in this one to be on another level. He delivers the lines convincingly and never misses a beat, and the fight scenes are so detailed. I thought Mercy for None was a bit of an odd choice to cast So Ji-Sub. He plays a former gangster, which isn't exactly a typical character for him, and yet he does it perfectly.
10/10 Bloodhound season 2 delivered everything I wanted I waited what felt like forever for Season 2 of Bloodhound & it was 100% worth the wait. This show is an absolute masterpiece. It has everything you want in a series like intense action, sharp writing, strong character development & suspense that keeps you hooked from the very first episode. It doesn't need romance, the story and characters are strong enough on their own. I binge-watched the entire season in just a day and genuinely enjoyed every single episode. The performances are excellent, the twists are unpredictable & the pacing is perfect. For me, it's a solid 10/10. Netflix, if you're listening..... we need Season 3 already!
10/10 Amazing show! Raid 2 Vibes! As a martial arts movie lover and someone who appreciates character development and story telling, this show is actually so good! Must watch for anyone who loves something like the raid 2 or movies like that in general. Even though I'm not Korean but from the UK, I have really started to appreciate these amazing Korean shows they have been putting on Netflix. Haven't been hooked to a show from the first episode in a while and this has done it. I can't wait for season 2! I hope they put they make a season 2 because it defo deserves it. Even if they make a tournament style movie it would be cool!
10/10 Never expecting episodes I know it's quite different from the other webseries or kdrama. It is very interesting to watch like it's addictive and I never expected that all the story he was narrating was a lie great story 10/10. The was it was written and acted was very great. I really loved the acting of choi it was very good and ! hope I can find series like this .....
10/10 Definitely one of the BEST Dramas This is definitely one of the best dramas I've seen in a while, and I think it might just be my favorite yet, and believe me l have seen a lot of TV Series.. The acting is absolutely phenomenal and I love everything about this drama! The concept and plot is original and unique, and the actors have great chemistry. With each episode you keep getting pulled in by the story to the point you cannot wait for the next episode to come out. It holds a perfect blend of humor, action, suspense/mystery, drama, and love!! I never write reviews but I'm just so in love with this one that I want it to get the full recognition it deserves. For any of you considering it, I truly and highly recommend this drama!
10/10 11 out of 10 This show is so amazing, unique and beautiful. It touches the one's heart with all this amazing stories. I have never ever thought I can laugh so hard and cry so hard at the same time and that shows how amazing this series is, I really like the cast, the music, the storytelling, it's not something ridiculous as some reviews say at all, it's truly a masterpiece. All this emotions, drama, stories you can really feel it.
10/10 Fantastic show! 1am surprised to be the first to leave a review. At first I was skeptical because of the name of the show but decided to give it a try and was hooked in the first 10 minutes. This is absolutely a fantastic show. I am already recommending to all my family and friends to check it out. Looking forward to seeing how many awards it rakes up!
10/10 Must watch Can't wait for season 2! One of the best East Asian dramas based on comic book. This will make you think what law and justice is really for. Anyone who enjoys Classic Japanese Yakuza elements would also find this series worth watching. Actor Yuya Nagira's characterization of Lawyer Kujo is spot on!
10/10 Extrem Nice I think the first episode was already superbly done, it was so much fun to finally watch it, and I'm already looking forward to the next episodes of the series. The series is simply superbly done; if you've seen the manhwa before, you should definitely watch the series as well. The execution is very well done, and the actors are a perfect fit and deliver a superb performance.
It made me think how I want to live my life Character arcs were amazing Park seroyi- his will and determination to not to be defined my his past or others Jo yi seo- her confidence that's he can have both love and success and then putting in the work and patience for it Oh soo ah- kinda like Snape in Harry Potter, I didn't liked her but last episode explained everything Jang geun won- a villan, a victim who again chose to be the villian Jang geun soo- a teenage boy without guidance One other great thing was this drama won't feel you wondering what happened to that guy.. they gave proper ending to each character and relationship Haters might be saying they don't get the shift of love story or decisions by gen won but I would like to point out the effect of time (years) on characters Bonus point is it's great ost.. especially sweet night by V hits home.
10/10 JUST SUPERB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This drama is just amazing. I will say one of the best in this genre (fantasy). The fact that it's so unpredictable, cope with great scripts, amazing acting, that by itself make it a 10 out of 10 for me. Believe me, there is so much to its arsenal. Smart, gritty, bloody, heart warming, heart wrenching, to name a few. Oh yeah let's assemble one of the most diverse and powerful casting I've seen so far, in a Korean fantasy show. That ladies and gents, is a recipe for an instant classic. I've watched 100s kdrama, never seen anything quite like it. So do yourself a favor, GO WATCH IT!!! And thank me later.
10/10 It was life lesson not just a show. After the first half i knew it will be one of the best shows i seen. After the second half i knew it was the best show i ever seen. Why? The qualities of it are clear From the writing to acting and directing and you know that from the other reviews. But from me as it touch my heart, i can describe the experience like it beat me until i start crying like a little biby and i didn't mind it be couse it was a lesson a life lesson that will make you think about a lot of stuff in your life. It's a masterpiece for sure, check it out and see by your self how people are deffirent and alike in the same time.
10/10 Season 2 of Weak Hero Class Left Me Speechless - Season 3 Is a Must I honestly don't have enough words to describe how much Season 2 of Weak Hero Class meant to me. It's rare to find a show that hits so hard emotionally while still delivering intense action and brilliant storytelling. Every episode had me completely hooked - I felt every punch, every tear, and every quiet moment. The characters grew in ways I didn't expect, and I found myself caring about them even more than before. This season wasn't just good - it was unforgettable. You can feel the passion and effort behind every scene. That's why! truly believe a Season 3 isn't just something fans want - it's something we need. There's still so much more to explore, and I hope the creators know just how powerful this series is.
10/10 The writing, the directing, the acting - pure magic! This is the first time in a long time that I haven't been able to stop thinking about a show! I'm a huge fan of silent storytelling, and this show is full of it! So much of the storytelling and emotions are conveyed through subtle images and the actors' faces, rather than through words. The three leads are particularly good at this. There are tons of cool fight scenes, but the quiet, still moments are some of my absolute favorites. I've seen plenty of great big budget shows with casts full of high profile actors, but sometimes shows like this are even better, in my opinion. It's the magic of really great writing, directing, and acting. A heartbreaking and beautiful show. Absolutely brilliant.
10/10 A Fantastic Action Thriller When it comes to action thrillers the plot somehow goes flat, however K-dramas never comprises with the storyline. Not only this show has brilliant action sequences, but also loads of emotions, and a strong plot that would keep you hooked till the end. I am truly mesmerized to see how Korean Dramas are raising their bar with so many different contents this year, and My Name truly does the job well. I watched the entire series in a day, and I just can't let it out of my head. Special mention to the actor (Han So Hee) who truly nailed the show, her hardwork was totally visible throughout. The other actors too did a great and made the series a fantastic watch and definitely made me cry at times. Loved It!!! It's a Must-Watch!!!
10/10 Just wow When Life Gives You Tangerines is a beautifully crafted drama that captures the essence of love, resilience, and the passage of time. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Jeju Island, the story follows Ae-sun and Gwan-sik as they navigate life's challenges over six decades. The drama effortlessly blends romance, slice-of-life, and melodrama, creating a deeply emotional and immersive experience. What truly stands out is the exceptional performances by IU and Park Bo-gum. Their chemistry is natural and heartfelt, making every moment between their characters feel genuine. IU brings warmth and depth to Ae-sun, while Park Bo-gum's portrayal of the steadfast Gwan-sik is both touching and inspiring. Their journey is filled with quiet yet powerful moments that linger long after the episode ends. Visually, the drama is a masterpiece. The cinematography beautifully captures Jeju Island's landscapes, enhancing the emotional weight of the story. The setting isn't just a backdrop-it plays a vital role in shaping the atmosphere and emotions of the characters. Overall, When Life Gives You Tangerines is a deeply moving series that leaves a lasting impression. It's not just a love story-it's a reflection on life, perseverance, and the beauty found in everyday moments. If you enjoy character-driven dramas with stunning visuals and heartfelt storytelling, this one is a must-watch.
