I think I’m gonna stop watching the drama at ep 30 and consider it a happy ending until the last ep, Then I’ll decide whether to keep watching or just pretend ep 30 was the finale🙄

She’s not pretending. She’ll regain her memories and then run away from him with their child. I heard somewhere that Changxuan will look for them, then think they’re dead. Years later, he’ll finally get to see his child. There’s also a scene where Changxuan yells at Ruitong and asks him why he kept Pingjun’s whereabouts a secret from him. (well we’ll see what happens later and what surprises the drama has in store for us! )

Obviously, because it has 40 eps, they’re not gonna make her fall for him in the first few eps, or the viewers would get bored. They need to build suspense and make us wait for the romance! C-dramas usually take until around the halfway point, or even the last 10 eps, for the FL to fully fall in love with ML.

U can watch eps 25–26! She seems to be starting to fall for him too, and there are some sweet scenes as well

I wanna sit down with Pingjun and ask her how her brain works because seriously, I was watching ep 25 and was like, “GIRL, WHERE ARE YOU RUNNING TO? You don’t even have a destination or anywhere to go!” 😭 And she hasn’t even regained her memories yet, so we can understand why she’s about to do.
