She is supposed to be a vile person therefore, she went with an example that highlights the evil intent of humans the best. I do agree Casteism would have been a better example as that actually fits what she was planning to do with the school
It was also shedding light on the psychological theory about how it came to be and it was actually informative about how they touched on class being social constructs to divide and rule. You can’t deny history and shy away from something being discussion when the intention is not to glorify it but enlighten you about how people were able to create such an inhumane concept and other people were able to accept it.
Where did she say this? She is obnoxious and a snob. There are so many inconsistencies in her reviews. No one meets her standards. Before this came out she said Dylan has gotten cocky in his raps and this drama will prove his position in the industry, he will be dragged if he doesn’t do well in this since he bragged about it in his raps. She said people on the Chinese internet are calling it a mortgage drama or something along those lines, meaning they bragged about it beforehand like a loan and now can’t pay back because it is not doing well

I want to know this too, considering he got a lot of flack for his acting in OFL. This show is really important for him to be taken seriously as an actor

I agree that was so not needed, as if there aren’t enough storylines to deal with already they went on to add more. Honestly Mai and Junle’s storyline had enough substance to be a drama of its own and then you could add little storylines about his family etc.
