My opinion of Melo Movie

The series offers engaging character dynamics but suffers from underdeveloped storylines and unresolved tensions. Ko Gyeom’s unexplained 5-years disappearance and his return without apology weaken the sincerity of his reunion with Mubee, especially since the reason for his absence never explored. Mubee’s strained relationship with her father also lacks emotional depth, missing opportunities to reveal how it shapes her character. Si-jun and Ju-a’s breakup feels abrupt due to insufficient context.

“Pump Up the Healthy Love”

As of episode 4, I’m struggling to stay optimistic about this show. While it’s marketed as a health-themed romantic comedy, what we’ve gotten so far feels more like a shallow excuse to promote toxic body standards—especially through the male lead’s constant flexing and fat-shaming behavior. His character isn’t just unlikable; cringe-worthy obsession with his own muscles and an arrogant attitude that makes it hard to root for him.

That said, the bright spot in all this is the female lead. She brings some much-needed humor and charm to the screen, and her comedic timing keeps the show from being a total flop. Alex’s character also adds a bit of balance and groundedness to the chaos.

But again, it’s too early to tell… maybe the writers have a redemption arc in mind. Here’s hoping they do more than just flex it out.

A Conservative Critique of Medical Malpractice and Unethical Practice

Bad Memory Eraser is undeniably engaging and offers an intriguing sci-fi twist, its handling of medical ethics and the FL’s unchecked malpractice make it difficult to overlook its problematic elements. Ethical dilemmas in storytelling can add depth and complexity, but only if they are acknowledged and explored rather than dismissed or romanticized. In this case, the drama’s failure to address the moral and psychological consequences of memory erasure weakens its narrative credibility and raises serious concerns about how it portrays professional ethics in medicine.

For viewers who appreciate dramas with ethical complexity and responsible storytelling, Bad Memory Eraser may leave much to be desired. Instead of merely accepting its romanticized portrayal of medical malpractice, audiences should critically engage with the story and question the ethical implications of its premise.
