That's it, the first part of the kdrama is over. I'm really enjoying this drama, which I find easy on the nerves,…
Yes, I'm iffy about the way they written Chanhwi. I like him the first few episodes because he's just clumsy and cute, but now, it's kind of getting annoying and a little pathetic.
oh my god, they really turned the flirting UP! where was "these are not my feelings" minju gone? who is this smiley, flirty man??? where's the positive and confident yongju? can't hear her over her loud heartbeat.
I LOVE THEM TOGETHER! I LOVE THE ROMANCE! (so much so that I can forget that I hate that "we met before" trope like they were star crossed lovers)
it's soo good i can't stop smiling at them and holding back giggles when he's teasing her (with the height diff, the barrels, the picture and the high-five)
People who only watched the first episode shouldn't be allowed to review, like what can you gleam and talk about the whole series if you've only watched a glimpse of it?
I was surprised about the youngest team member suddenly speaking out. Tbh, I never thought it was power tripping, but it can feel that way if I was in his shoes. And Yongju realizing that people do speak up when they feel singled out unfairly, in contrast to her rookie days when she just followed whatever her manager asked, even if it's beyond her comfort)
And while he's all concerned for her, she's all for putting boundaries ("we came here for business, let's keep it that way"). I can understand, if someone consistently tells me I'm not okay even if I don't make mention of it, it can get a little irritating. It's good thing though that they settled that mini-cool off quickly.
The main leads are cute and sweet! As for the second leads, I don't feel invested in them and I feel a little cringe everytime they're on screen.
LOL at Minju lowkey (and unknowingly) projecting his feelings as Kang Beom's. He's a little disappointed somebody's taking care of Yongju other than him. The scene when he tries to confront him was funny ("what do you call that feeling when you want to give her water as soon as possible? when you only have eyes for her?"), not knowing that's what he actually feels!
The rating doesn't look too good but I'm still looking forward to watching this drama once it reaches the 8 or…
After the first mid episode, a lot of people started rating it (which was crazy, lots of dramas have way worse first ep but I guess everyone had high expectations coming from Business Proposal) but it successfully redeemed itself and gets way better every episode. The current ratings don't do it justice, I think it'll correct itself soon.
