FL’s family is very wealthy. They are “new money” meaning her parents obtained that wealth while FL was growing up (unlike ML who is part of “old money”). FL tries to keep her wealth and status on the down low, but she definitely would have access to $7K USD :)

Haha… It’s a bit more like chaebol ML + rich FL. Texhnically, ML isn’t in line to inherit the company, so he might be less powerful, but FL’s parents became rich while FL was growing up, so she’s “new money”. In one of the early episodes, when ML’s grandpa & others were discussing investment proposal from FL’s company, they called them “nouveau riche” (new rich) which is meant as an insult in that context.

But overall episode count is known from the very beginning — that’s what we were discussing and not the exact release schedule. I know multiple people IRL who were confused by partial episode counts when TFF was being released.

What was the top index for The First Frost? It was so long ago, I don’t remember 😳

Hey, it’s still better than dramas from other counties which release 1-2 episodes per WEEK.
I would prefer 99 episodes per day, of course, but it will give everyone a chance to catch up on some of the other dramas :)

There’s going to be a bit of an explanation for some of 2ML’s behavior but — generally — most people in the comments section don’t like him. Reasons are too numerous to explain — better to focus on our nice leads :)

Netflix for some unknown reason for many C-dramas only shows a count of available episodes + 1-3 episodes coming next. It has happened with too many dramas to count 😳

They do some things for laughs for sure. They aren’t being super serious here.

if you like binging shows, you can start S&L first because that one is already over and loved by people. Then you don’t have to be like the rest of us anxiously waiting for new episodes :)

Agree with you :) I’m not even sure the upper management knows her family connections. ML realized it only because he knows her name/status from earlier.

In a corporate world departments/people throw each other the bus all the time. When something goes wrong, it’s important to shift the blame on someone else. That’s true in all countries 🙄

Yeah, there’s no reasons to completely absolve 2ML of his mistakes. Both second leads are bad in different ways. I just prefer to think about our nice main leads — the less of second leads we see, the better :)

I have an alternative view of SnakeRong — we should all be thankful for her scheming and lies because it meant FL ends up with ML 🥰😁
