I totally get your point :) But this is not a reunited lovers drama where leads broke up & get reunited later (or simply get reunited after going their separate ways). First 3-3.5 episodes cover end of college & job search and then we go to FL’s first job.

FL is a nice person but she’s not a pushover. She’s not afraid to stand against injustice. I think she’s still growing and will develop into an even stronger person but she’s definitely not a pushover so far.

Since it’s Christmas and I want to be nice, I will wish for 2ML to become a better person and find happiness… or to transfer overseas & be far away from both NXG and RR 🤣

Ahhhhh… you are correct. But only 2ML would think of it as a promise. FL & everyone else would think it’s just words of encouragement, like telling someone “everything is going to be okay”.

Inlove TFF :) For a lot of people this drama reminds them of TBT (The Best Thing). But this drama may be even more warm & fuzzy :)

Are people really dissing S&L here? Maybe I have those accounts blocked. So far, I’ve only seen comments from people who enjoyed S&L and asking if they should start watching this drama.

2ML really needs to mature and improve himself. Maybe that female coworker will be a catalyst for change for the better. And 2FL also needs to open her eyes and find someone better.

Yes! But also what promise is he talking about? She confessed her feelings, he turned her down and what? Does he expect her to love him forever?

And, oh, yes, I also loved FL in The Royal Princess and Amidst a Snowstorm of Love. Matter of fact, I’ve started my annual re-watching of Snowstorm — that’s my annual winter drama (only way I see snow, lol).

Episode 4 onward it’s pretty much ML & FL show. Very little screen time for 2ML and even less for 2FL.

For sure, for sure. I was just saying that both leads are not a trope-y spoiled rich people :)

FL wanted to find a job on her own without involving family connections or people trying to get her knowing her family background. So she didn’t even know her family was part-owner of that company until they offered her a job. So, she’s starting at an entry-level accounting position like any regular new hire. And pretty much the only person who knows her true background is ML.

First 3-3.5 episodes are mostly explaining FL’s situation, her friendships, college life and how she ends up working at her job. It will get a lot better after that. But, for the record, she was never together with 2ML. She just has a young-girl crush on him because he’s good looking & smart.

That Purchasing Manager dug his own grave when he tried to mess with our leads! Their families own 100% of that company (51 & 49), lol

Does Snakey turn out to be nice in S&L? I’m behind on watching it, but it doesn’t feel she’s as bad as they teased in the beginning.
