Busan follows RR- Revised Romanization which was adopted officially in 2000. Find signs older than that and you'll see "Pusan," because ć was romanized as P in the beginning of a syllable following the McCune method used before 2000. The real way to pronounce it is not B or P though

Ahmm, I guess thereās a high chance weāll get some cute romance between Chi Yun and Zhong Chun Ji. Theyāve been shown as a pair right from episode 1, so if there are any romantic moments, theyāll probably end up as a couple. Otherwise, we might just get bromance or sismance vibes like drama "Fangs of Fortune". I donāt know for sure, but I really hope they make at least one proper couple this time. Anyway, Iām seriously enjoying this!
Iām so excited for tomorrowās episode! Finally, the second leadsā story might start! As for the main leads, theyāre definitely going to dive into that love triangle with her ex ā so predictable. š The main couple has the best chemistry though, so I just know itās gonna get awkward watching some scenes between those three. The male lead is 100% going to do something embarrassing or cringey, but whatever ā I still love the second lead more than anyone else. I just hope they actually get enough screen time and story.....
I watched it for Quan Yi Lun... Iāve liked him since Blossoms, so I really wanted to see him as the main lead. Then I heard about this Echoes of Self drama and ended up finishing it in just one day. I wasnāt expecting much since itās a short drama with only 15ā20 minutes per episode, but honestly, the pacing and cinematography were pretty good, and the acting was solid too.
That said, the plot was so confusing at times. The twists were amazing and not even that predictable, but they didnāt really give proper explanations. They couldāve just used the Blossoms-style transmigration idea like, she goes back to the past in her own body instead of the double-person concept. Sometimes it got so, so, so confusing. Every episode ended with me all nervous like, āWhatās gonna happen next?ā
Still, it was better than I expected. Loved the OST and the visuals everyone looked amazing. The writing was kinda messy, but the story ideas were genuinely good. I just wish Quan Yi Lun could get a lead role in a heavier, big-budget drama you know, one of those 40-minute-per-episode, 30+ episode types. He totally deserves it.
Honestly, the main reason I decided to watch Genie, Make a Wish for Me was because of Song Hye-kyo. She rarely does cameos in dramas, so that immediately caught my attention. I mean, I like Kim Woo-bin and Bae Suzy too theyāre total faves but Hye-kyo just hits different. Thatās why I gave it a shot. Ended up finishing the whole thing in one day! The last two episodes were kind of a pain in the neck, but I powered through anyway. My review? āNot good, but not bad.ā Just somewhere in the middle.
TBH, it was such a great show! I actually put it on hold for a while after episode 15 since it has a total of 38 episodes. The main leads became a couple pretty early on, and in most long C-dramas, the last 10 episodes usually focus on romance or a marriage arc. So I wasnāt sure how the ending would go I thought maybe the focus would shift more toward romance instead of the cases and Shen Wanās father. So yeah, it was on hold for months, and honestly, I was this close to dropping it. But then I decided to give it another try, and even though it started to get a bit boring after episode 16, episode 19 totally hooked me again!
I'm done with this damn drama! I wasted every freaking Friday on it, and for what? It was decent until episode 8, but episode 9 completely ruined it. Honestly, *Rain in Espana* was way better than this mess! and yeah that yuri character does not even give me the JAPANESE character vibe....only if the mature character feel is- sorry there is noone mature in it.
Thereās a basic human right: the freedom to choose what to do and what not to do. Itās up to each person whom they want to support and whom they donāt. Just like you can defend anyone you want, they can do the sameāeven if theyāre supporting the wrong person. It has nothing to do with you. Just support the right person anyway. This isnāt a fairy tale world. Someone told me that the truth will automatically come out, but broā¦ truth always finds its way, even if it takes time...if you wanted to defend KSH go on...!!! (imma out of this now)
