I just got till half way through ep 40 and im soo sad like first of all why did they have to kill the 3 great demons and then pian pian died after doing so many wrong things and i feel like the deaths of the qiong qi,teng she and ao hen was reallt quick.bing zhu atleast got his happy ending with his sister so why doesnt the mc get his happy ending like XY AND HY spent 3 liftimes together in which all HY died like I knew this was foreshadowing his death or something sad in the end but whyy he deserves a happy ending after dying each time in his last 2 lifetimes like whyy im so sad hou ming hao really wanted to make us depressed at the start of the year.At the when I first heard the ost it sounded really sad as well and it really hinted to a sad ending and I literally guessed it but I wanted to watch because of hou ming hao since hes such a good actor and I rarely see him dramas like these including back from the brink,fangs of fortune and love in the cloudsIm going to need some time now to watch his drama the glory because I can not get over this.Also is someone able to tell me how much this drama is viewed in china and what they rate it.
I watched ep 26 and it was soo cute and I realised that you know when we get to know its really hard for demons to cry and XY tried so hard to make HY cry well at the start when XY awakens HY we kinda see HY cry when he first sees her like it was probably so sad for him that it mad him cry again after seeing ning'an face and remembering how she betrayed him and since now we know that ning'an is actually XY the reason why she betrayed him could probably be to make him cry and get the tear so that she could go back to the future and get HY's power
what also makes me curious is the 3 great demons like what happened 10,000 years ago and HY didn't look like he knew them so was this like a memory loss or was the HY from 10,000 years ago different from the present HY and why dont they like HY because it seems like he has done something to them maybe trapping then into that formation could be the reason but it seems to be more deeper.
I just finished this and it is so sad like ive watched so many other sad dramas including cheng yi's other ones because there all depressing but this has to be one of the saddest like I cried soo much when I died first in the kitchen with the knife stab and then we got to know he was faking his death and was actually alive and then he died again and then what was happening on ep 29 in the end like that was cheng yi with the bitter after stick and his voice and I could recognise those hands anywhere that was cheng yi but im confused why is he in prison where the teimo king was prisoned before and why was he so messed up like hsi hair and everything like whats going on like he basically saved chang'an so whys he being prisoned and the only one who seems to know something is the preceptor like is there another season
I just finished ep 1 and im on ep 2 and I have to say I feel like the plot is very similar to the drama the kings woman like the hidden identity and then she finds out hes the king and they get married and I also think it might be a sad ending since Ren Jialun loves to always die and torture us with his sad ending and also im half way thru ep 2 and the bad guy is saying oh u both star crossed lovers which may be foreshadowing that they are and that they can't be together in the end which may hint of a sad ending but im ready since im watching because of the leads.

this is so true like this drama could have had so much more potential but after like ep 20 we barely saw ml and he basically became a side charcter like I want to see cheng yi in action and I dont know why they made this whole plot about qingtong and her brother and after her brother finally died there was no chemistry between the leads and then they both ended up dying in the end although there was a slight open ending and I hated how the plot kinda changed as like after ep 20 there were some like hints that fl might be the one defeating the black fox with the seed and seeing the black fox but later on it was never mentioned it was only that the seed could help in killing the black fox if fugui took it out which meant qingtong would die

ohh okk thank you for telling me,yhh 33 ep is really beneficial as the story dies move quickly and I feel like the manhua also goes in a quick pace as well but it makes it much better since it leaves less anticipation.
