Actually, you can skip the whole first episode and get the idea just fine. The second episode gets better. Only a few skips are needed. The baby is cute.

Really enjoying the show. It's like what is going on in the US. Shadow government by a former president, corrupt legal system and massive amounts of money disappearing. In our case it's "The President Returns".

This is so campy. But I'm loving it. The guy is constantly losing power and gets recharged by sexual tension. The villain reminds me of Power Rangers.

Agreed. It was a great drama. Waited for the new episodes every day. Not a Cheng Yi fan either. But he was awesome in this. Always love Wuzi.

I'm American and from this drama found out we were allies with China during WW2. I really enjoyed the drama. That they showed the actual people at the end was cool.

The leads do good job of having her be man-handled and thrown around by him.

It's entertaining. I was put off by the goofy title, but it makes sense as the story unfolds. It got better after the first half of the first episode.

His expressive face makes him very good at comedy. Bet he's enjoying this role.

I love a good spy story. During the cold war of the 80's and 90's, spy novels were prolific and awesome. So nice to find this one (even if the US is the bad guy - because we some times have been.)

The US plane shot down early in episode 6 was a B-2 Spirit bomber. Not used for reconnaissance. The plot had the SK government saying it was just a reconnaissance plane shot down. Nope. The bombs were in the air.

My fav genre, well done in this one.

I thought the poster very off putting and wasn't going to try it. But then I saw Cheng Lei was in it and he's been making good drama choices lately.
Up to episode five, it's been kind of addicting. Totally recommend.

First costume drama where the ML's forearms are constantly exposed by his costumes. Nice decision by someone. Very masculine. I'm really enjoying this drama.

A simple but enjoyable watch. The antics of the two guys are hilarious.

Li Ye Tong seems to have channeled Bai Lu for this role. I usually don't enjoy comedies, but this one is mostly enjoyable.

So much of the story seems to take place in her thoughts, which aren't translated. I'll try one more episode before I drop.

I'm enjoying the drama, but so many of the old men look alike, I can't follow their scheming.
