You are welcome!! I’m on episode 32 and there are 36 ep total and no romance yet 🫠. Even if they put some, we have 4 ep left and as of 32 she’s not officially in a couple with anyone.

The romance is not really there, the men are infatuated by her and she’s a bit cold towards them because of her “low status” and none of the men who love her can be with her because they are higher status than her but one of the potentials is insisting to be with her. As of now, watching for the cases they solve, not the romance.

Hopefully seeing the results of his behavior will help him improve.

This drama will make you go through all the emotions but at the end it’s beautifully executed. I will definitely rewatch it again

FL is the one who started working with the magistrate. She ended with him because he is noble class and he can only take her as a concubine plus he was already engaged to someone and him marrying her would affect his position as magistrate . He still loves her but they broke because of the reasons
mentioned. She moved on and his talking marriage with MengLin. FL is Luo Shu

He doesn’t like anyone just FL, he is still forced to marry his fiancé . Here we are talking about a bad guy FL knew when she was younger. He’s trying to force her to marry him.

Right! We need more context. I don’t understand why someone hasn’t poisoned him or shot him with an arrow yet? It seemed to be easier then to assassinante then. They could pay a maid or one of those servants to finish him.

Let me tell you, ep 31 and he’s still immature, a bit less but still immature and irritating.

I’m surprised at her stupidity in this episode. Now that you mention it, her 24/7 lack of facial expressions is annoying and sometimes she stays quiet for too long during investigations imo.

I’ll give it another try tomorrow and if this grain situation is not resolved in an intelligent way, I’ll follow you and drop it as well.

Ep 31 annoyed me to no end, it dragged and they didn’t give us a hint that any of the good guys had a plan. Unless she plans on marrying him then poisoning him on wedding night, why is she wasting our time with that idiotic plan? If this grain situation is not solved by tomorrow, I’ll have to drop the drama.
