“ this is modern times and she is older, I can understand clueless teenager but an older woman in modern days should be aware of different birth control modalities”
We can see it’s modern times by the way they dress, the hairstyles, the decors, the language used etc… We can also see she’s not a teenager but an adult so yes, older than teenager…
“ Is it also in the drama how "an older woman in modern days should be aware of different birth control modalites"… believe it or not, in schools for sex ed in many high schools in modern countries worldwide, birth control is discussed. Feminism and the sexual revolution has made it possible for women to be aware of birth control. Since it has been established that she’s not a clueless teenager but an adult, she should be aware of the modalities as in I’m sure she’s been at least once to the OBGYN for a checkup in her adult life like like many of us as it’s important for health.
“ don't remember watching any of that so far, not even implied or hinted. Again, I'm sorry. I might have missed it.”
If you have missed that this drama is supposed to happen in modern days and that the woman is not a clueless teenager but a married adult woman who is older than someone in early 20s then idk wha to do for you… are you even able to read what I’m typing? This seems like the problem in that case will be your vision.

You seem to be the one itching to bring up scenarios not mentioned in the drama. Until they show us exactly what the agreement was, your comment is baseless and made up suppositions. The OP and I are discussing issues that were SHOWN not suppositions.
“ You and the OP are both forgetting that this is a law drama.” Have they shown us more about the arrangements between him and the ex? Did you happen to read the script before us to know or are you just bringing in made us scenarios that you want us to discuss? It’s a drama about law so every aspect of the drama should be law? If there was an agreement, as a lawyer, he probably would have handled it and that doesn’t remove the fact that what she did was despicable.
In that case, I’m not interested. I’ll gladly discuss scenarios we’ve seen in these past 4 episodes, not made up scenarios. If they later show us that your scenario is valid, I will discuss it then. Thank you for your thoughts.
I agree that many times when romance is introduced, the writing becomes silly. I’m hoping that since both leads are intelligent, the romance will reflect them. If they make fl turns stupid because of love, I will riot 😅.
I THINK he lived through an abusive past and that’s why he doesn’t want children he’s scared he’ll be…
I thought that but remember when he was beating up that guy? He said “even you get to be a parent”, i understood it as that he wanted a child but was robbed of that opportunity by the ex wife.
He maybe agreed when they got married that “no children” because the ex is the one who didn’t want children. He was ok because he loved her. Then look at his reaction when he found out she was pregnant, he was happy.
You might be right that he has some past trauma from childhood, too. We’ll see, I hope he gets to heal.
the ex-wife i very much dislike. i can understand not wanting to have a child, but secretly aborting it is horrible.…
This!!!
Also, how horrible is that she indirectly told the man that his child was not worth living. Then turns around and decided that the man who hurt her ex husband and who was also his best friend, that that child was worth living. Idk how any sane person wouldn’t be hurt about that.
I bet she consulted her new husband when she found out about the pregnancy since he’s the other half of the baby but she didn’t consult the ex regardless if she wanted the pregnancy or not.
Hello, Those who like it will say “yes” and the ones who don’t like it will say “no”. It’s best for…
How do you want a comment to help a question that doesn’t make sense? We don’t know you nor your taste in dramas but strangers should tell you what you like? 🫠… if we say “yes” and you don’t like it, then what?
Those who like it will say “yes” and the ones who don’t like it will say “no”. It’s best for you to give it a few mins to decide on your own on which side you will be.
Ya'll are being really weird here. Its the woman's choice when to have a baby and who she has it with. Just because…
1) this is modern times and she is older, I can understand clueless teenager but an older woman in modern days should be aware of different birth control modalities.
2) we should stop acting as if women can get pregnant anytime during the month. We have enough education now in modern times living is “civilized” nations to know that for about one week only during each month we can get pregnant (unless some medical conditions).
3) yes, it’s HER body but that doesn’t negate that it takes 2 to have a child. She lived with the man, she could at least inform him that she was pregnant AND consult what would be the next step.
4) They BOTH agreed not to have a child but then the child came. If she was really adamant about not having a child, SHE should have made sure to take ALL the precautions (learning her cycle, tying her tubes, hormonal bc etc…) to make sure it wouldn’t happen.
She got an abortion, yes, it’s her right. She was shady about it and hid it from the other half of that baby.
We need to stop acting as if pregnancy is only the choice of the woman. If she didn’t want it, she had ways to prevent it.
Ps: he didn’t want a child but then he learned that she was pregnant so yes, for those few mins, he wanted that baby. She’s the one who lied to him. She also didn’t “move with someone else”. She moved on with someone who was HIS best friend. I don’t think he would have been that hurt if it was with someone else.
I loved MingLan so much… tbh I don’t think anything will come close but have you watched “Marvelous Women”? I’m mentioning because the women in there are smart (regardless if they are good or bad). It’s women centered but not in a disrespectful way. I really enjoyed it and they have beautiful costumes.
I also think the same. How come she is pregnant with her second husband । He did not want a child in the first…
Right! She told the other one “no children”, then decides to kill the baby to then go get pregnant with another man AND walk around proudly showing it off!
A way to tell ml that his child didn’t deserve to live! She’s a disgusting individual.
The little girl is such a great actress, I could feel her fear through the screen.
I agree, she’s didn’t say much the entire drama but you could feel her emotions. That’s a good indicator that she’s in a good field for her. Wishing her all the best!
I want to see TBS of today’s episode, I bet the one who played the disgusting dad (great acting btw) kept apologizing and tried to be super nice to the little girl in between scenes 🤣.

Also, it was therapeutic to see that “dad” get the punches he deserved.
