I’m glad he avoided the cousin but felt safe to go be with his WIFE that he DID NOT abuse.

Also, bringing 2025 logic to a historical drama, spare us that silliness. If you want modern reactions, watch modern eras dramas. The writers of this drama are already putting “modern”twists to this drama. If they were true to the time period, ml probably would have abused her. The writers spared us ancient behavior.

“He should be kneeling down”, do you think kneeling cannot be faked, that it’s the only way to show sincerity? He apologized for his reaction while being drugged and promised it wouldn’t happen again.

Right! She needs to stay consort Riu in my mind for a while. This character she plays here is too drastic of a change lol.

I think the rage you wanted to feel when watching that scene clouded your eyes so you didn’t see him apologize a few times and him feeling remorseful. He even promised it wouldn’t happen again. Also thank goodness she realized that it wasn’t his fault since he was drugged. You are probably the exception but normal humans lose control when they are drugged (the man had more than 3 cups of whatever that drug was).

That look and that clenched fist she made when leaving…she’s going to play dirty.
