Yes to all this and the “revenge” was not satisfying imo. The last episodes seemed to be from another drama/writer. The engagement from the first episodes died around ep 16 for me.

I think when the revenge is complete and successful, fl will softened and same with ml. They will not have that consuming hatred and that may give room for appreciation for each other. I think appreciation and respect is what they will have not romance that we think of.
