The last paper cup scene, it just them want to renewing their high school paper cup's moment, so they're surely know how to used that paper cup tho. Even without that paper cup they still can hear each other voices, the cup is only as symbolic.

It's must he bcs Southeast Asia has a tropical climate, usually the weather just hot, humid or dry. We also have a rainy season but never felt the extreme freezing weather like in the winter/snow season. In 4 season countries, the temperature changed slowly to each season so the body can get used to it more and accept it. Meanwhile in southeast asia, with the suddenly changes season from hot to rain made the body shocked & easy get sick like influenza or fever 😅 Im easy to get sick too btw, that's why im usually always bring umbrella or windbreaker foldable jacket in my bag 🤣

I also sleep with the light on idk maybe it just me bcs i get used to it since i was a child, im get afraid easily & can't watch horror movie maybe that's why lol 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yeah, i bet if Cirrus has a normal life, normal families, he would never following Phu secretly like that, he can aproached him bravely & dating him happily (maybe like the Black Cir who dating his Phu since high school, bcs i think he doesn't has a mom issue in his world)
But he grow up with a fear & traumatizes of his mom. His mom can makes his teacher, an adult women, takes her own life. And should be easy peasy for her to hurting Phu, just a lil boy who live alone without his parents.
That's why he chose to following & protecting him from a far bcs Phu is the only light of his life

Yeah i think the special eps will more focus on PayuCir & nerd Phu. So maybe you can lower your expectations for JinWim's parts, i saw many peoples here put really high expectations to this series & end up disappointed bcs doesn't get what they want.

But im personality still enjoying this series even tho it's felt lil a bit rushed 😊

But JinWim already got more parts in the series than the book. Bcs in the book they just a close friend of CirPhu, even tho they seems have interested to each other. I think Mame just wanna introduces them more to the fans before giving them their own series

It seems that no matter how she improved even if it's just a little bit in her work you'll always find a way to criticize her. You also seems like should get an answer to every curiosity you've even though it's not the main point of the plot

You said you watched the series because of BossNoeul but it doesn't seem like that either, from the way you commented on "anticipating disappointment" above. If you are, at least you'll give support for their hard work behind the scenes. But instead you look like you want people to feel the same way with you & not continue to watch.
